I took three children to Mass at 7:00 p.m. Der Prinz will take three more at 10:00 a.m. today.
Merry Christmas, and a happy snake to all!

Merry Christmas, ‘Face! The Offspring are all happy. Even the snake is cheerful, having had a pleasant night’s rest without catz.
I’ve put out most of my Christmas day-cor already, and the group will be leaving for Mass shortly (griping about having to wear dresses ...).
Tomorrow we’ll have to make some exchanges.

I’m glad the offspring are “happy.” Most young people are, for the first hour on Christmas morning.
I’ll have to get after the cinnamon rolls here, soon, “just in case.” I really wanted to sleep in, but my daughter didn’t call last night to say they were home, so I have no idea what time she wants me to come over. I’ll just make the rolls, anyway, and stick them back in the fridge.
My son sent me a flash drive AND “Cars” so I’m good to go!

I watched it at my daughter’s and really enjoyed it. But then, I’m into motor sports, so it was even more fun.
The next one on the list is “Transformers.” But then, if I go to my Wish List at Amazon, I find all kinds of things there.... ;o])

Very amusing. (A Partridge in a Pear Tree)
I liked Sarge's comment on the post:

I think he’s probably having a better time, nice as it is here today. (In a 50-ish and cloudy sorta way ...)
The Costa Rican kids from up the street just showed up looking to borrow a bicycle pump; I guess one of them got a bicycle for Christmas!

We've got low 50's, calm, and just as clear as a bell. Though we've had warmer Christmas Days in the past, this one's about as nice as they get in the S.F. Bay Area.
We decided to try the Twelve Days of Christmas, this year as an experiment in toning down the typical one-hour blizzard of shredded wrapping paper. If it works, the kids will get more out of the Season, and appreciate each of their gifts more.
We'll see, I guess.
Gotta run, now; enjoy The Day!
