Sally got a card back from one of the soldiers in Iraq that we mailed to last week. He even drew pictures of insects on the envelope! Our troops are the greatest!

Thanks, but it's certainly not mine. Down at the bottom, you may have noticed it's attributed to Jon Anderson/Steve Howe/Rick Wakeman, and it's a song titled "Arriving UFO" on Yes's "Tormato" album. Actually, I think that's one of their more "overlooked" albums, with lots of really good songs. A great concert tour as well.

We tried to go out and look at houses today. Roads were horrible. 5 of the 6 we were slated to look at were either out of town, not willing to leave the house in this weather, or just plain old didn't answer the phone.

We turned around half way there, and after talking to our Realtor, came home and made snow angels instead.

There's always tomorrow, but not if you slide off a bridge and into the Mississippi river...

Takes all kinds! Say...have you been messing with hexes, spells or enchantments? I was sitting here peacefully geekering, and a wind came up out of nowhere, and is blowing as many leaves off the trees as it can. It’s puffing through here like a ‘splodey thing, at 30+ mph, dropping the windchill to around 34 degrees.

In the event of a real storm, you would have been giving at least 48 hours advance notice by the Rovian Authorities via this test system while your liberal neighbors would have been left to fend for themselves.
