to be noted: didn’t Birkhead state that he was ‘called’ to come over to sign (an) agreement pertaining to pregnancy and he was ‘angry’? Didn’t he say the contract was dated jan 3rd?
to be noted: didn’t Anna complain of ‘flu-like symptoms’ after she returned from the Shelleys?
‘agreement’ references - one from the grave and two from babydaddys:

BIRKHEAD - It’s birkhead’s testimony, in rationalizing why he called GBen to ‘tattle’ was that the agreement he ws asked to sign was relating to a pregnancy.
Agreements like this require the signatures of BOTH parties. My best instinct tells me that the object was that Howard will go to the press with any info, collect the money and Larry will get a split. Kinda like a silent partner agreement.
Larry has really said very, very little through all this. In fact, he really has said NOTHING pertinent to the deaths of the two young people who died. Could care less about continuing any investigation...but he has the spoils of the two deaths.
Howard said Daniel and Anna and himself were always together. Larry has said nothing about Daniel ever being around when he was around Anna. Did Larry ever even MEET Daniel?
I feel so bad about Daniel...and Virgie...and yes, Anna, too.
