Agreements like this require the signatures of BOTH parties. My best instinct tells me that the object was that Howard will go to the press with any info, collect the money and Larry will get a split. Kinda like a silent partner agreement.
Larry has really said very, very little through all this. In fact, he really has said NOTHING pertinent to the deaths of the two young people who died. Could care less about continuing any investigation...but he has the spoils of the two deaths.
Howard said Daniel and Anna and himself were always together. Larry has said nothing about Daniel ever being around when he was around Anna. Did Larry ever even MEET Daniel?
I feel so bad about Daniel...and Virgie...and yes, Anna, too.
If Howard can get through this without a scratch...just as he got through the Florida autopsy without a scratch, he'll be "free at last".
This inquest is a biggie for Howard. I feel that he has a "hidden" tape where Anna says that "I know that Howard is innocent....blah, blah, blah...and would never do anything to hurt Daniel...and might even say that she accidently gave Daniel her pills."
Hopefully, someone who is interested in justice will reopen the Florida case. Maybe Brown's warrants will eventually have the power. He seems to cover ALL branches of LE.
Her unscheduled flight to Ca was sooooo convenient. Howard's "flight" to the dock was soooo convenient. For 3 days, he was constantly at Anna's side and he leaves for a few minutes...and quess what...she dies. Except, it's pretty certain from her color that she was dead when he left.
Is Howard in a database someplace? Did something happen during his college years? Why have his parents been so silent? Rale and Howard are connected from their youth and Rale STILL has a relationship with Howard's parents.

Maybe this will lead to some "fraud" charges in the bankruptcy case. Follow the money!!

He filed the birth certificate because he knew California would recognize it. It was a "temporary" measure....good for as long as he chose to delay the DNA on Larry and the baby.
The "Your Mommy is Dead" video was a very sick mind at work!! I truly believe that Howard is sick...having created his own monster....himself.
I agree and I’m not even sure LB likes them. He sure isn’t comfortable holding that baby. The only reason he does so on excursions and doesn’t put her in a stroller is because he wouldn’t be in the picture and not money for himself.

Dannielynn is not playing with other little kids...and never has.
Pretty sad because you know damn well, Dannielynn would be romping on the lawn at Virgies, seeing horses and cows, trying to climb the fence, playing with children and getting "real hugs"....along with an occasional tear.
All my kids were babbling when they were her age....but of course, if you always stick a bottle in their mouth and/or a pacifier...they ain't gonna say a thing. Why is she still on a bottle?? She'll be 15 months old in a couple of weeks.
