I think Howard literally couldn't move from the Bahamas. He couldn't go to Ca...that's for certain. They were gonna get his DNA!!

Besides....Every bone in my body says "Howard doesn't like kids". Period!!

I agree and I’m not even sure LB likes them. He sure isn’t comfortable holding that baby. The only reason he does so on excursions and doesn’t put her in a stroller is because he wouldn’t be in the picture and not money for himself.
