Just remember: Perper said Anna would have lived if she was taken to a hospital BECAUSE THE DRUGS WOULD HAVE BEEN CONTROLLED. That automatically makes KE responsible.

She was doling them out and she was present. Theoretically, she was IN A HOSPITAL...under her attending physician's care.

It's not like KE was prescribing these meds AS A RESULT OF AN OFFICE VISIT where Anna AND/OR HOWARD would have been advised to call if she was having problems.

And if there was no problem, why did KE call...not once but twice...from California to "supposedly" check on Anna?? She never talked to Anna for either of those calls.
