Sounds like Lin Wood got to him early. Was this the paper that Larry said IN COURT that he signed under duress. P.S. I don't remember Anna's signature on it anywhere...Worthless piece of paper!! An agreement between two parties means BOTH people have to sign it.
Won’t happen. She is a grandmother not a parent. Different rules. CA does have grandparent visitation laws but.. we shall see. They are rarely the same as any parent would have.

Long history of it in fact. Reddings book talked about it long before this death. All her OD’s are further evidence and that is only the one’s we know about. Who knows how many close calls there were we will never know about.
I think the investigation will show this was going on a long time but ...
I wouldn’t be surprised if we find out it mysteriously accelerated with suspect new drugs in that last week/month.
They found Ativan in her system but.. no ativan in the room is one sign. 600 missing pills another.
Doesn’t one of JQ’s arguments cover this? Stern’s flip flopping his residence for his lawsuits. JQ sticks a fork in that habit.

Kitty Kelly wrote terrible things about President George W. Bush using drugs. Unlike with Howie, there was a case of ruining somebody's reputation and she had no credible source for it and a claim of malice could be made. Did she retract it? I recall no lawsuit for 60 million dollars.

The doctor of late model ANNA NICOLE SMITH has challenged the warrant used in a recent raid on her Los Angeles home.
Psychiatrist Dr. Khristine Eroshevich’s home in Studio City was raided, alongside several locations, as part of an investigation into medications prescribed to Nicole Smith. But Eroshevich has called the warrant “overly broad” and wants materials seized, including CDs and DVDs, to be handed back to her, reports website TMZ.com.
Nicole Smith died of an overdose in Florida earlier this year (Feb07).

But whose suit is it? Howie's PI John something's? Both Howie and Leroy Wood have tiny shoulders and Wood appears more the polyester and white socks with black suit type.
Howie's camp has been making threats that might be illegal.

Anna wanted to have a child - LB was the designated hitter-one strike and he was almost out - if Anna had not gotten pregnant on the next try - he was OUT. He & HK$ realized Anna needed to get cleaned up to have a shot at conception....not for her OWN wellbeing...but for the sperm donor contract to pay off.

I agree...Anna was an addict and had a high tolerance to different drugs. I think Anna could be tweaking and most ppl wouldn’t know it. I think when Stern was around she would do the heavy stuff..the stuff that would leave her slurring and acting a fool. I also don’t think the “detox” in Florida was the first time they did something like that. I think for important interviews and court appearances that is what they would do.
