The doctor of late model ANNA NICOLE SMITH has challenged the warrant used in a recent raid on her Los Angeles home.
Psychiatrist Dr. Khristine Eroshevich’s home in Studio City was raided, alongside several locations, as part of an investigation into medications prescribed to Nicole Smith. But Eroshevich has called the warrant “overly broad” and wants materials seized, including CDs and DVDs, to be handed back to her, reports website TMZ.com.
Nicole Smith died of an overdose in Florida earlier this year (Feb07).

Her CDs and DVDs back? If they took her Lawrence Welk collection, she might have a case. But if they were of Howie with Larry Birkhead or Anna Nicole being abused, she will lose.
