There is no explanation for our obsession with this case..other than we have observed all the relevant circumstances, interviews and suspicious behavior, up close and personal for so long.
In most murder investigations - we get discovery of the body, persons of interest, arrest & trial. Scott Peterson was all theater all the time, but we *knew* the justice system would sort it out and a jury would use good judgement.
I believe it was you, Liz, or maybe Saca who coined the term *The Director* and it really does apply. That is why it feels like we are watching a movie, or, a very *elaborate* nightmare in slow motion.

The diabolical one is trying to wear his adversaries down -hoping they don’t have the time, resources or will to waste on all these frivolous lawsuits - an unemployed homeless bum, he has all the time in the world -but sooner or later Anna’s money is going to run out.
By the time (if the civil suits are over) he faces a criminal trial, he will be rich as Croesus, with a restored reputation, or he will have been exposed and need a public defender.
Except, we know absolutely that Daniel was originally supposed to be buried in California. The only reason they couldn't go there was because they would nab Howard on the DNA.
I think Anna's BIG WISH...was for Howard just to go away!!AND, I believe she wanted her mother!! How's that for wishes!!

Larry Birkhead thinks his daughter is better off without grandmother Virgie Smith in her life. “Virgie continues to fight for custody in the Bahamas. She wants control of the money — that came straight from her mouth,” Larry, who was awarded custody of his 13-month-old daughter Dannielynn with Anna Nicole Smith, tells In Touch. Larry also blames Virgie for the poor light in which he and Anna Nicole are portrayed in the book, Blonde Ambition. “She obviously was working with” the author, he says.

Bald Truth Exclusive: Dr. Kris Wants Raid Items! Lawyers Challenge Jerry Brown Search Warrant!

The Insideronline has just broken exclusive new information I’ve learned that lawyers for Anna Nicole Smith’s personal psychiatrist Thursday went into Los Angeles Superior court to challenge the search warrant used in last Friday’s raid on the home of Dr. Kristine Erosovich.
Her lawyers, along with a half dozen agents from the California Department of Justice appeared in court in downtown Los Angeles for a brief hearing, but Superior Court Judge Larry Paul Fidler continued the proceeeding until Dec. 5.
Sources close to the case tell The Bald Truth the doctor’s lawyers aim to challenge the state’s search warrant as “overly broad” and request agents return personal items including cds and dvds seized in the 6:30 am raid last Friday, claiming they are protected under the privilege of doctor-patient relationship.
Lawyers for Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, whose home and office were raided as well, are expected to challenge the search warrant on the same grounds, but were not in court Wednesday.
Kapoor prescribed the late Playboy centerfold methadone for pain; “Dr. Kris,” as Anna Nicole called her, prescribed her extensive pain killers and the sleeping aid chloral hydrate, which was ruled as the main culprit in her accidental overdose in February.
At the time of the raid, estate executor Howard K. Stern was at the house to retrieve his dogs Dr. Erosovich was keeping while he went to New York for the Larry King Show, said lawyer Lin Wood.
“It was purely a coincidence he was at the house and has not been implicated in any wrongdoing,” Wood said in an exclusive interview with me.
LA Superior court spokesperson Sandy Gibbons confirmed the hearing before the judge who presided over the Phil Spector murder trial, that resulted in a hung jury. She told me late Wednesday that the district attorney’s office was overseeing the DOJ search warrants to make sure they were drawn up properly.
Several attorneys have wondered why a high profile raid, with all the Hollywood theatrics of a major drug bust, was necessary when lawyers for Dr. Erosovich say she would have turned over any requested items using a subpoena. The home and office of Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, who also prescribed the late Playboy centerfold methadone, was also raided.
California Attorney General Jerry Brown has said he aims to make an example of doctors who overprescribe pain medicine. An investigator who claims to be working closely with Virgie Arthur’s camp has said he furnished Brown information that kicked the raid planning into high gear.
Erosovich has denied any wrong doing. Her lawyers could not be reached for comment at press time.

Intimidated by the imposter papa and blatantly bedazzled by baby-daddy. We have to identify a competent team of court reporters - any recommendations?

Tough call when you only have the one patient and she’s dead....I believe the death nullifies that relationship.
