I read a couple of AP reports on Howie & Co. In the first one the reporter indicated ANS's daughter might well be due to inherit the Marshall fortune. Not true. In the later one I noticed this was deleted.

Also, Superior Court Judge Robert S. Perry stopped the prosecutors from questions that might indicated Howie's role in the death. Note: the objection was NOT raised by Howie's lawyer but by Perry, if the AP report is correct. Makes me have doubts about this Judge Perry.

Even though this is to decide if the case will go to trial maybe he stopped it so that it can’t be used in the future as a reason for a mistrial.

We're forgetting something....That ice bath....She should have been hospitalized. Screw the "I don't want to go to the hospital". At that point, she was out of her mind...Take her to the hospital....if she refuses treatment from them....so be it...but you know damn well that she wouldn't.

I believe it was Perper who said if she had been hospitalized, she would LIKELY have lived because they would have caught the drug problem.

Larry and Stern are buddies and it’s all about money...I’m sure Larry feels that how she died or who killed her doesn’t matter...that can’t be changed...so why jeopardize anyone at this point. Just write the checks...Howard!!

btw, Virgie Arthur's custody suit in the Bahamas is still open according to a news report, and Larry Birkhead wants it dismissed. He will probably win in spite of the rumors he was nothing more than a sperm donor and other evidence.

Stern and two of her physicians will go to trial for enabling the former Playmate's substance abuse that led to her 2007 death.

As for a recent report that the celebrity photographer is currently in talks with Bravo about appearing on an upcoming episode of Millionaire Matchmaker, Birkhead exclusively tells E! News: "Not true. I was approached to do the show by the producers and turned the offer down." Now you know.
