I read a couple of AP reports on Howie & Co. In the first one the reporter indicated ANS's daughter might well be due to inherit the Marshall fortune. Not true. In the later one I noticed this was deleted.

Also, Superior Court Judge Robert S. Perry stopped the prosecutors from questions that might indicated Howie's role in the death. Note: the objection was NOT raised by Howie's lawyer but by Perry, if the AP report is correct. Makes me have doubts about this Judge Perry.

Even though this is to decide if the case will go to trial maybe he stopped it so that it can’t be used in the future as a reason for a mistrial.
