Keeping them both in the Bahamas was a way by Stern to “slap her in the face” and keep her from seeing them without spending a lot of money to go there.

I read that Howie's lawsuit against O’Quinn was settled (last year?) and that Howie made frequent requests that the discovery be sealed and the judge generally ruled in his favor. Not surprising since the judges have shown extreme bias in Howie's favor. The judge also barred both parties from revealing the settlement. Howie must have lots of things he wants to hide.

Dr. Perper got very agitated last night on the Geraldo Show when Kimberly Guilfoyle told him that Eroshevitch should not have been allowed to assist him with ANS’s autopsy, because she had a vested interest in diverting suspicion from herself. She asked him why he did not test ANS’ hair, and he couldn’t answer, so she asked Dr. Baden if he had done the autopsy, would he have tested AN’s hair, and he said he would have and told how long the drugs would be able to be detected in the hair. Perper said he had saved some hair and they could test it! I think he realizes that it’s common knowledge he did not perform a thorough autopsy, and we need to know why...was it simply neglect, or did he have a reason to botch the job and say it was an “accidental overdose”?
Geraldo interviewed Dr. Cyril Wecht about Daniel’s autopsy, and he said he couldn’t say it was attempted homicide, and that Jerry Brown would have a hard time proving that, but Geraldo reminded him that HKS could be charged with Negligent Homicide, and Wecht agreed.

Virgie’s lawyer, Neil McCabe, said they were still suing HKS for defamation and conspiracy to defame. Don Clark (former FBI agent) said he stuck by his previous comments and Lin Wood’s threats to sue him didn’t scare him. I hope they reopen the investigation into Daniel’s death! It appears HKS was trying to remove any obstacle, or person, that might hinder him from getting control of Mr. Marshall’s money if AN won the lawsuit.

I was unable to watch Geraldo's show but plan to watch it today. Kimberly Guilfoyle is good. They both are not afraid to ask tough questions. I recall soon after Dr. Perper's report was first released, his handling of the case was strongly criticized on Geraldo's show.

Hi backatcha, Fatima. Good to see SOME kind of justice might be had for ANS and Daniel. If the investigation hadn't been botched for WHATEVER reason in Florida, the whole kit and kaboodle of them might have been in jail by now - for manslaughter charges if not murder, which, IMO, was what happened to Daniel. ANS might have been "accidental, but Daniel was an "on purpose" - IMO.

I only caught a bit of Geraldo late last night. Saw that IDIOT!!! Judge say that since the death occurred in Florida that Jerry Brown couldn't bring any charges regarding their death there in CA. I hope he is wrong!!!!

You are right. Murder charges can be brought against Howie not just in California but also by the Feds. I thought it was interesting when at the end of the show Geraldo brought up the question as to who bailed out Howie and showed the picture of a producer(?). I missed Geraldo on Sat. but yesterday ex judge Larry Seidlin left an extremely poor impression. Overall he appeared slick and not to bright, not a good speaker, not good with off-the-cuff conversation. No wonder his TV did not work out.

Seidlin PRAISED Dr. Joshua Perper! The Dr. Perper who had one of the suspects help him with the autopsy. The Dr. Perper who made a fool of himself more than once. Also, seems those two are buddies. Seidlin mentioned having phoned Perper. And something about a bagel and cream cheese but I forgot what that was about.

When Anna Nicole's autopsy was completed, iirc, Jeanine Piro tore into Perper's report on Geraldo's show.

I saw that also, and I don't know law, but I believe Jerry Brown is more knowledgeable of the law than Larry Seidlin. He showed his ignorance of the law when he didn't challenge HKS for his obvious lies. I don't think Kimberly Guilfoyle agreed with him, and ANS and Daniel were residents of CA., plus the drugs were acquired in CA. HKS can't deny that they were citizens of CA, because we all saw Larry Birkhead move into her home with Dannielynn. I would like to know the particulars of the deal between Birkhead and Stern. It seems a big stretch that Birkhead could testify how Stern controlled AN and gave her drugs w/o the doctors knowledge, and then turn around and share control of AN's estate with him. Something really smells about that relationship, and I believe Brown will go after it. I hope he throws the book at all of them that are complicit in this cover-up.

You are so right. There is some kind of kinky deal between those two. Larry Birkhead has had Howie in Dannielynn's life. The man under whose watch her mother and halfbrother died. Yet Virgie Arthur is kept away.

I caught about one minute of ex Judge Larry Seidlin on Greta's show. I do not trust that man. Is he doing he rounds of TV shows? He is no Judge Judy.

I just caught a glimpse of Dr. J. Perper on Nancy Grace yesterday. I do not much watch her anymore since it is the same old stuff over and over. Perper, who has become a regular guest on the show, looked like he has aged a decade as he was asked re the Anthony case.

While Nancy can get feisty with many guests, Perper has not been peppered with questions by her about his absurd handling of the ANS case. And there was nothing the show about the prosecutors looking again at the case.

Perper may have demanded he not be questioned about the ANS matter - now that there are new “cases” in process.

I never thought much of him and I long ago lost respect for “Doctors” Henry Lee, Michael Baden and Cyril Wecht. IMHO, all three have been exposed as charlatans; making the facts fit the funding. And how they luuuuuuv fame ‘n fortune.

Howie has assembled his defense team, looks like he is fighting mad: his legal team's head is a Steven H. Sadow of Atlanta; also J. Christopher Smith of LA; and for whatever reason his two civil litigation lawyers Lin Wood and K. Barth.

Where will the money come from? Anna's money? Does it mean he has dropped fighting for the lost cause of getting a part of Marshall's fortune? What about his lawsuit against the sources for Rita Cosby's book, "Blonde Ambition"?
