I only caught a bit of Geraldo late last night. Saw that IDIOT!!! Judge say that since the death occurred in Florida that Jerry Brown couldn't bring any charges regarding their death there in CA. I hope he is wrong!!!!

You are right. Murder charges can be brought against Howie not just in California but also by the Feds. I thought it was interesting when at the end of the show Geraldo brought up the question as to who bailed out Howie and showed the picture of a producer(?). I missed Geraldo on Sat. but yesterday ex judge Larry Seidlin left an extremely poor impression. Overall he appeared slick and not to bright, not a good speaker, not good with off-the-cuff conversation. No wonder his TV did not work out.

Seidlin PRAISED Dr. Joshua Perper! The Dr. Perper who had one of the suspects help him with the autopsy. The Dr. Perper who made a fool of himself more than once. Also, seems those two are buddies. Seidlin mentioned having phoned Perper. And something about a bagel and cream cheese but I forgot what that was about.

When Anna Nicole's autopsy was completed, iirc, Jeanine Piro tore into Perper's report on Geraldo's show.

I saw that also, and I don't know law, but I believe Jerry Brown is more knowledgeable of the law than Larry Seidlin. He showed his ignorance of the law when he didn't challenge HKS for his obvious lies. I don't think Kimberly Guilfoyle agreed with him, and ANS and Daniel were residents of CA., plus the drugs were acquired in CA. HKS can't deny that they were citizens of CA, because we all saw Larry Birkhead move into her home with Dannielynn. I would like to know the particulars of the deal between Birkhead and Stern. It seems a big stretch that Birkhead could testify how Stern controlled AN and gave her drugs w/o the doctors knowledge, and then turn around and share control of AN's estate with him. Something really smells about that relationship, and I believe Brown will go after it. I hope he throws the book at all of them that are complicit in this cover-up.
