Dr. Perper got very agitated last night on the Geraldo Show when Kimberly Guilfoyle told him that Eroshevitch should not have been allowed to assist him with ANS’s autopsy, because she had a vested interest in diverting suspicion from herself. She asked him why he did not test ANS’ hair, and he couldn’t answer, so she asked Dr. Baden if he had done the autopsy, would he have tested AN’s hair, and he said he would have and told how long the drugs would be able to be detected in the hair. Perper said he had saved some hair and they could test it! I think he realizes that it’s common knowledge he did not perform a thorough autopsy, and we need to know why...was it simply neglect, or did he have a reason to botch the job and say it was an “accidental overdose”?
Geraldo interviewed Dr. Cyril Wecht about Daniel’s autopsy, and he said he couldn’t say it was attempted homicide, and that Jerry Brown would have a hard time proving that, but Geraldo reminded him that HKS could be charged with Negligent Homicide, and Wecht agreed.
Virgie’s lawyer, Neil McCabe, said they were still suing HKS for defamation and conspiracy to defame. Don Clark (former FBI agent) said he stuck by his previous comments and Lin Wood’s threats to sue him didn’t scare him. I hope they reopen the investigation into Daniel’s death! It appears HKS was trying to remove any obstacle, or person, that might hinder him from getting control of Mr. Marshall’s money if AN won the lawsuit.
I was unable to watch Geraldo's show but plan to watch it today. Kimberly Guilfoyle is good. They both are not afraid to ask tough questions. I recall soon after Dr. Perper's report was first released, his handling of the case was strongly criticized on Geraldo's show.
