I had a little bit different take on it, but with sleep apnea in mind, too. I’ve had it once, for a short period of time when I first developed this asthma, and it scared me to death.
I’ve known several people who had it with whom I spent overnight time every now and then, and *theirs* scared me, too. I woke up every time the snoring stopped, even from the next room.
Anyway, I figure his housekeeper would know *his snore,* so that’s probably right. But my first thought had been more morbid. I was also thinking of Daniel’s autopsy with the “bloody froth” found in his lungs that the path said indicated a drug OD.
While I’m not sure of the exact mechanism that the body goes through right at that time, it would certainly seem like there would be a gurgling sound and a struggle for breath. Maybe not the actual “death rattle,” which was what I was thinking, but something close to it.
Well, we know where B’head was on his birthday and it wasn’t in The Bahamas at *Daniel’s grave* on *Daniel’s birthday.*
Poor Virgie - I hadn’t thought about Daniel’s BD being so close to ANS’s death day - I guess 1/31 would be a good mid-point compromise for a visitation time.
Dannielynn! You know, at 17 months old, she’s the youngest head of a non-profit foundation in THE WHOLE WORLD!
So he thinks Howard did it by accident.What else do you know Moe.
Well, see, if they moved DL’s things to CA, Anna would see it from heaven and it would mean that they were leaving her behind in Nassau, you know?
And if Anna feels left behind, then she might strike out from heaven and accidentally burn up that lost document in “some other law firm’s” files that spells out Howie’s 6% agreement - and then he wouldn’t get the Marshall money.
Think I’m kidding?
Has anyone seen DL walk very much. I think she may have some problems with her muscles from the drugs that ANS took. Our youngest grandbaby was born July 27th of 2006 and walks, heck, she runs everywhere. You have make sure that ANYTHING she can climb on is fixed so she can’t. Hooey (Scarlett Grace) is only about a month older than DL.
Two accidental, related deaths on "a very strict timetable" carries astonomical odds. Daniel was not suicidal and Anna was incapable of obtaining a killing dose EXCEPT by Howard's hands.
The Horizons and the Bahama justice system have played the major role in this.
My hopes are for Virgie to be properly recognized as Dannielynn's guardian (uncovering and discrediting the deals of Larry and Howard) and both Anna and Daniel be brought back to the USA...TO TEXAS...where they belong.
What is needed is to find an agreement which I believe Larry signed as a sperm donor to "never claim Dannielynn". That would help clear the way for Virgie.
I did not see Greta yesterday but head she discussed this book and the authors were asked Howie’s opinion (whatever for?) and they said there was no reason for him to object. Apparently it is out in book format.
Howard is saying they used 2 pictures without the estates permission. The estate ..i.e him. Howie is going to burn all of his bridges. Moe and now these two. After Anna’s death they all stepped up for him and now that he feels he’s in the free and clear he’s going after them...I hope it backfires...i want to hear every little thing the husbands know about Howie. Those two were the only ones that I saw on TV from “Team Stern” that seemed truly upset about Anna’s death.

He said that [the authors] stole two ‘priceless’ pictures that are in the book. But they signed a contract verifying the authenticity of content. How do I know Howard owns what he’s claiming to own?”
Stern is all about the money and control. He doesn’t care they say Larry is gay. As usual “homophobic” Larry is the one having the hissy fit.
If not fix his hair, he’d at least shave so he doesn’t scratch DL’s face.

Been reading here, but little to add.
The inquest has shown that Daniel died from an overdose of methadone. The way I see it now is that either Daniel asked for some from Howard, who gave him higher dosage pills than Daniel requested. Or the pills were ground and put in Daniel’s drink. The last explanation includes the well-noted scratches to Daniel’s body: Howard held Daniel down after an initial dosage and forced him to swallow the rest. How that could have occurred with Anna in bed next to Daniel, I don’t know. Maybe she was deeply sedated and slept like a log.
I have given up hope of Howard being held responsible for these deaths after witnessing two things. One is the inquest and its lack of crucial witnesses. The long delays have played in Howard’s interest. It gave him time to bribe, intimidate and take care of witnesses. The nannies not being “available” is the last straw.
Secondly, when I saw Raymond Martinos name on the charitable foundation list, I knew the fix was in. Martino is the only person who knows everything. Remember he saw Daniel right before Daniel left. He knew the PI, at least by sight and where to find him (remember HKS’s pitbull PI climbed over Harding’s fence one night). He was the first person HKS called after Anna was taken to the hospital dead. Why Martino? Answer that question and we will know everything.
The fact is that Howard cleverly, methodically, evilly, got to every important witness in this case. Harding isn’t even included in the inquest. Harding’s reputation was demolished long ago. No one even talks about him anymore.
Finally, DL seems to have developmental delays, as predicted by some who know the effect of methadone on the fetus. Though she is gorgeous, she has the crossed eyes and is very unsteady on those feet. Watching the videos, I saw her lose her balance even while held by her father. However, that is not enough to really damage a child’s psyche forever. That kid has spunk. What does alarm me is the fact that she will never be out of the spotlight thanks to the man who pursued custody right after Daniel died, with his pitbull lawyer who now feels remorse, and without any feeling for Anna. His incessant pursuit of Anna haunted her until the day she died. If Howard slipped her the physical poison, Larry gave her the mental poison. They are a couple of snakes, very evil men. Howard is machiavellian. Larry just stupid, vain and greedy.
Nothing will happen to either of them, unless Jerry Brown decides he wants to take Howard down. Doubtful. Brown will probably harass some minor players but leave the major drug king alone. And more and more, I’m beginning to believe that Howard plays a role in a drug cartel whose ring of associates is far and wide.
I know most of you are familiar w/ the http://annanicoleandhowardkstern.com site that had all of the Stern supporters on it as I remember reading your comments on them. QV, Rose & HaVanA I think it was were major players.
I think most thought they HAD to be from a mental institute to be for Howard. LOL Me, too.
Well, it seems QV has had a change of heart (has for some time I think) & is not ratting on all the dirty deeds that they did.
