Trope and Trope interfering with the Britney case. They wanted to dump her and now that she’s on the verge of a breakdown they want to control everything. No wonder Rale and HKS and LB fit in with them....vultures!! Brit’s father had tried to get the ability to fire them because of the close relationship with Osama Lufti but the judge said no.
New Subpoena in Brit Case

The man hired by Mark Vincent Kaplan (K-Daddy’s lawyer) to field media calls has been subpoenaed in the Britney Spears case.
The subpoena subject — PR guru Michael Sands. Everyone, including Sands’ personal lawyer, Randolph W. Wright, is mum on the nature of the subpoena, however, one source says it is “substantial.”
Britney’s lawyers, Trope and Trope, drafted the subpoena. Expect a dogfight over whether the info Sands has is protected by the attorney-client privilege.
Fact: Daniel and Anna in the halls at 3:30am
missing nurse’s testimony ws expected to be, howie was gone from 2 to 4am, circa.
without that nurse’s testimony, the only place howie could be would be in the hospital room, unobserved, while Daniel and Anna were in the halls
of all three - Anna, Daniel and Howie - only Howie is identified as being alone for at least a period of time, without anyone else around. (Anna was with both Howie and Daniel or was with Daniel; Daniel was with both Howie and Anna or was with Anna)
Anna asked for, and received, a ‘pain med’ while Daniel was in the room - therefore, there was no reason for her to disclose the ‘drug bag’ or it’s location in the room to her son, not with a nurse ready to bring her meds on request.
According to LB, Anna hid her drug use from her son, therefore, we can assume, she wouldn’t be popping pills in front of him from said ‘drug bag’, and that bears up with the evidence that she asked for, and received, a ‘pain med’ from the nurse instead of howie.
We can also pretty safely assume, that howie didn’t give Anna any drugs from the ‘drug bag’ in front of Daniel, thereby disclosing it’s location/existence in the room, as it had been a point of contention between he and Daniel, and for him to do so, would have possibly caused a scene.
other than he was ‘asleep’ ‘from [his] perspective’, Howie has no alibi left to explain what he was doing while Daniel and Anna were hall-walking. Howie claims knowledge of Daniel helping Anna ‘several times thru the nite’ (imow) yet also claims he was so fast asleep he didn’t know they both left the room together.
the nurse, was, effectively, an alibi for Howie - potentially placing Howie out of the room at the time Daniel would allegedly have some time to gobble up drugs, as some allude to, a pill at a time.
without that nurse, opportunity - the Daniel/Anna walk - has been defined. imo

Feb 05th, ‘07 Monday - Anna & HKS & KE & Alex Katz arrive 8pm at Hard Rock Hotel; Moe arrives later couriering a pkg sent from Wes Irwin/Key Pharmacy. Anna was allegedly in pain, slumped over in the limousine with swollen buttock during ride and had to be assisted out from the limo. Between 8:30 checkin and given time asleep of 10:00pm, Anna had an ice bath and was given CH to treat a 105 degree fever.

It’s disturbing that this is now the second client Trope and Trope have handled, that apparently has been encouraged to maintain an alienation from their parents, in favor of those of at least questionable motive.
“family” is an emotional tie that binds unlike any other relationship on earth, irregardless of time and distance, (and even squabbles or feuds) and so requires much more careful handling than say, an unrelated individual versus another unrelated individual. Ask any LE and they will tell you that family disputes are the calls they cring at responding to.
In the current urban-focused society, it seems the unique emotional bonds of family have too often been overlooked in favor of ‘individualism’- the old, ‘you’re no better than me’ cockiness. Parents from Iowa are quickly labeled ‘hicks’, from Texas or Louisiana they are ‘hillbillies’, degrading their status, in spite of the plain vanilla fact they will always be integrally vested in the lives of their children over and above any family ‘outsider’, even if those children live in cities far away.
I think our legal system, and especially ‘outsiders’ to the family, may forget too often to respect the existence of this exceptional lifelong bond in their rush to litigate and/or separate to appease their own ‘individual’ special interests.
Hopefully the judge has some horse-sense and will uphold Britney’s parents’ God-given right to protect their child (and her assets) thru her crisis without overbearing interference from those who seem to be there waiting for their next check.
Lucky for Britney’s parents, this crisis came when Britney is 26 - instead of 30 or 35 or 38, when it would have been much more difficult for a parent to convince judges to allow them leeway to exercise parental guidance.

LARRY AND DANNIELYNN BIRKHEAD VISIT THE FINAL RESTING PLACE OF ANNA NICOLE SMITH ON THE ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF HER DEATH
February 5, 2008 (Los Angeles, CA)– ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT’s JANN CARL was exclusively with Larry Birkhead and daughter Dannielynn this week in Nassau, Bahamas as the 17-month-old made her first trip back to visit her mother and brother’s graves, one year after her mother’s sudden death.
In an a multi-part interview to begin airing on Wednesday, February 6th, Birkhead says the visit is difficult for him, but he arranged it for his daughter, “It’s tough. Even though she doesn’t understand, it was important for us to come. One day I can tell her that we went to visit her mom.” When they arrived at the unmarked gravesites, Dannielynn placed a pink toy turtle on Anna Nicole’s plot and whispered, “mama.”
On why the graves of Anna Nicole and Daniel are without tombstones, Birkhead says, “A rough draft came back with a sketch of a picture I didn’t care for. I could just hear her hitting me over the head saying, ‘Why did you let that picture go down!?’” Birkhead reveals that the design of the headstone will be “so grand and big. It’s going to encompass Daniel’s stone too.”
When asked how he feels about making the journey from Los Angeles to Nassau, Birkhead speaks candidly, “I don’t like the fact that they’re here, I never did. I know that Daniel didn’t want to be here and I know that his mother was only here because of what was going on between us with the paternity question. To me it feels really odd.” On if he has considered moving the graves, he says, “I’m going to leave the decision to Dannielynn when she’s older. It would probably be very hard, if not impossible to take both of them and I definitely don’t want to separate them.”
In an effort to keep Anna’s memory alive for their daughter, Birkhead tells ET, “I keep a lot of memories around. I quiz her and she knows Mama. I say, ‘Where’s Mama?’ and she’ll give Mama a kiss on the picture.”

found this in old note from Feb 14th, ‘07 - two weeks before DL’s birth would be about the time of the clown video - i don’t know if there is a link to this avail. I am aware there was at least one nude photo taken of Anna with a flower painted on her belly, but I had heard there were no buyers wanting it.
Feb 14th, ‘07 - HKS pimping the pics of ANS nude right before the baby was born to Golden Casino....Last night on Rita Cosby, the publicist for Golden Casinos was asked about nude pictures of Anna, taken two weeks before the baby was born, being hawked by HKS. The publicist admitted they were in negotiations for the pictures that HKS had taken. Cosby said she understood they were going to pay $500,000 for the photos and he allegedly confirmed that was the neighborhood of what they were negotiating.
