From the “For-What-It’s-Worth” department:
Heath Ledger’s tox screen findings just released ... “Mr. Heath Ledger died as the result of acute intoxication by the combined effects of oxycodone, hydrocodone, diazepam, temazepam, alprazolam and doxylamine,” medical examiner’s spokeswoman Ellen Borakove said in a statement.
....
“Heath’s accidental death serves as a caution to the hidden dangers of combining prescription medication, even at low dosage.”
>>>Is it just me, or am I being too strict about interpetation of such things? If I’m driving a car 120 mph and I crash into a tree - would that be called a car “accident”?
How can someone take all those medications and not think something bad would happen to him?
I know it’s not like Daniel’s or even Anna’s drug intake - but this whole business of “all drugs were at therapeutically low” doses just doesn’t make sense when the patient is dead!
