Yes, they had surveillance videos of certain areas and events. They had Anna and Daniel walking the halls at 3:30AM.
They had HKS leaving the first time and bringing back the food from the Esso On-the-Run.
But when the security person who viewed the video, and testified about what was on it, was asked about video that was recorded after 2AM that day, he said “I didn’t watch that.”
And then no one followed up by asking, “well, who did?” - thus, no other witnesses were called to talk about seeing tapes of any later exits and returns by HKS.
Then, lo and behold, the nurse who reported HKS leaving again at 2AM and not returning until 4AM, empty-handed, just happened to not be available to testify!
Isn’t that convenient? That’s one of several reasons why I said earlier that Munroe or his operatives have obviously been working the witness list and having “little talks” amongst themselves. Grrr.
I don’t think so - but according to most reports, they have. There are so many holes in the info and the reporting of same that it’s impossible to tell what has actually been entered into the record.
Another example, there have been several stories, including one back in Oct 2006, saying that Dr Kapoor was contacted in CA and had provided “Smith’s” medical records.
Then during this last round of witnesses, or maybe the one before, it was reported that “Smith’s” medical records had been entered into testimony, but out of the presence of the media.
IOW, we have no idea what was in them.
Worse yet, they always say “Smith” without differentiating “which” Smith on some of these things, like prescriptions. I don’t know if they mean Anna Nicole or Daniel.
On top of all that, Dr Kapoor stated publicly that he had never treated Daniel or prescribed for him. So, what possible “medical records” could he have provided to the panel?
Does any know who prescribed Valium to Daniel? I'm going to search now.
Sorry, just getting here. Umm, not right off the top of my head, no.
I want to say it was in a People Mag article, but it might also have been in some other media, in response to a People Mag article quoting Anna as saying Kapoor had prescribed for Daniel.

I’m just getting online, so I haven’t seen any coverage of the “bombshell” show yet tonight - but will be looking for it.
I’m afraid the difference is Joran’s youth and inexperience at lying so long and hard, as opposed to HKS making it his way of life for quite some time.
As for Joran and the cowpies, I am so reminded of the case of Sebastian Burns and his friend who killed the friend’s parents. It was the subject of several 48 Hours segments because the investigation took so long.
Burns reminded me so much of Joran in his demeanor (not looks). He is the one who wrote a screenplay detailing their crime, yet denying all the while that it was the truth.
LE finally had to set up a very elaborate undercover sting-type operation that got the boys to open up and brag about what they did to some guys they perceived to be rough, mafioso-types who might have also killed people.
Here it is - but I see now that I might have jumped to the conclusion that Kapoor never “treated” Daniel, when all Kapoor said was that he had never “prescribed” for Daniel.
Just seemed to me like a doctor who might be seeing a kid would probably have prescribed *something* - like antibiotics or whatever - somewhere along the line, so I *assumed* he wasn’t Kapoor’s patient, which I shouldn’t have.

Geraldo wrapup: all kind of problems could come up later in life - learning, motor, don’t know what effect the drug use did affect DL.

Except, I did find one that said the inquest has again been delayed until March - that they couldn't locate the nannies, whose lawyer wouldn't return the call. They couldn't locate the nurse or the patient who was in the room next to Anna's and heard her screaming at Howard that he cause Daniel's death.

found this old interview - bottom of pagesix - have you heard of this designer?? i haven’t - but seems he was on-the-scene for Trimspa photoshoots - perhaps adds some perspective to polit? or other things?

Thanks - hadn’t seen that name before, but added it to my Case Name List - and will go back and read the story when I get a chance.
I’m pretty sure it was 48 Hours, because I usually watch that show - but, lol, I might have that wrong. It might have been Dateline or 20/20 - I know they did at least one 2-hour special on it and an earlier 1-hour.
So creepy today to see some of the segments previewed and hear the undercover guy, Patrick, explain what he did - and was almost exactly like the deal with Burns - and Joran responded much the same way.
Heh, Burns is the one whose female atty got caught “en flagrante delicto” with him in his visiting room or maybe cell, I’ve forgotten which.
Some of these stories appear on several shows. It is the type 48 Hours would do. I catch about one-fourth of their shows, might have missed it. Wish they would do one on Daniel.
And speaking of creeping me out ... wow. A couple of days ago, I was working on the CNL and adding names from the GBBD book, as I mentioned (like that former atty in trouble with his doctor wife).
One of the names was Melissa Byrum, an early manager of ANS. She did some pretty shocking things with Anna, according to the book.
Well, out of the clear blue sky, lo and behold, when I googled her to see if I could find anything about her recently, there was a website and she claims to have written an Anna Nicole book coming out next month!
The website is kind of creepy - I’ll explain why later - but I’m still kind of reeling from this person arbitrarily popping up out of nowhere when I *just* googled her name a day or so before. Yikes.
