Anna had blood taken at 5:30 AM. It must have woken Danny up...Howard knew the hospital schedule. Why didn't they bring breakfast to Anna at 8 or 8:30. I think hospitals have to deliver...even if you don't eat it.

Ha ha, you remembered her! That was Porch Lady, my former neighbor who let me “live” on their back porch (enclosed room, actually) for a month so I could save rent money and have enough for apt deposits and $100 for a mover.
Her iffiness stopped and she just refused to take me to the bank or PO anymore, because of my evil “Big Oil” money. That’s when I had to start taking the expensive taxi once a month - $30-40 out of my $100-150 living budget.
Had already stopped taking the bus because of a Latino gang that accosted me at the bus stop. That’s when I had asked her to take me - but I had taken the bus for my first 2 apt years, much to the detriment of my health.
Didn’t talk to her for months after that last refusal, then she showed up last week with a belated Christmas gift for me. I was just *???* at her, lol. It didn’t make sense. And once again, as always, it was a way-too-small top to wear with jeans.
I know that it’s always something she bought her teenage granddaughters and they rejected. I just thanked her and shut the door. One of my apt years, it was something from JCPenney, so I “made” her take me over there (a mile away) so I could exchange it for some towels on sale.
It made her mad and she said I would regret it forever. LOL. Love the towels and they were badly needed.
No, no children, no family. Had a sister, but she wants nothing to do with me because I’m now so poor. Could’ve let me stay in one of her empty bedrooms, but just laughed when she was told I had begged for help to not have to move into a homesless shelter where I figured I would be killed.
A number of FReepers share this same attitude. If you are broke or poor, you must be 1) stupid; 2) a degenerate; 3) criminal; 4) always having your hand out for money. Thus, I have no family.
More than 30 years as a respected professional in my field, owning my own business, giving, giving, giving ... none of that matters to anyone if you make one misstep.
Mine was just trying to start a little hobby side business and building a website for it, working without income for a year, then having my landlady decide she wanted to double my rent after 10 years; then getting terribly physically ill from packing up amd moving my whole household and two businesses all by myself when no one would help.
Never mind, I’ll get my blood pressure up again, and I’ve been pretty calm today.

Exactly - the alleged statement (which I don’t believe happened, BTW) *had to have* taken place when HKS claimed to be asleep.
I still go with my very first impression, that OD’ing Daniel was something HKS planned as yet another “publicity stunt” to get attention and/or sympathy for Anna Nicole - who had claimed to everyone who would listen that “nobody cared” or “was excited” about her pregnancy.
The OD backfired when Daniel passed away - which may not have been counted on happening, being in a hospital and all.
Now, in hindsight, with Anna dying not long after that and Howard claiming “ownership” of Dannielynn, it does appear he was systematically removing obstacles in the line of heirs to the mythical Marshall money which he (ha ha) believes to be real. Or pretends to believe to be real. Whichever.

When they said “ditto Dannielynn,” does that mean little bug has also been in the hospital? I hope not! I wonder if they are people who use the ER instead of a doctor - like the one living next door, lol.

I read that subpoena...that’s actually quite scary even though I’m glad Virgie is suing. There is no privacy online. I never posted on that blog but it’s scary to think that a comment or a chat can be given to someone else. Maybe FR has stayed under the radar. I’m waiting for Jim Robinson to announce that he’s gotten a subpoena for these threads!!

Oh, we are *NOT* under the radar at all. Every time I google someone I’m trying to update on the Case Name List, my very own posts are some of the first ones that come up.
It’s so aggravating, because I want *other* input or confirmation or *new* news, lol, not *that old stuff* of mine, which I already know!
I’ve been through this same thing on another crime forum, also on the side of the “good guys,” lol. We weren’t doing all this manipulation and obstruction of justice with/for an attorney who is also a potential perp.
There’s a huge difference - but either way, not much will come of it. When it gets down to the nut-cutting, they can’t really prove whose hands were on the keyboard, if they ever get that far.

while Howie baby had problems coming to the depo with any paperwork at all, he’s seen here entering the inquest yesterday with sheaves of paperwork in hand - what a goofball!
