The problem is: Danny wasn't suicidal and he knew a handful of pills was a no, no. I still think that KE gave him something for his tummy ache before he left for the Bahamas. Why?
Because of the tummy ache story itself. I can't picture a young man Danny's age telling KE that he had a tummy ache. She spiked SOMETHING before he left. Howard would do the rest.
Why are the victims always miles away from KE when they die...in both cases.
Maybe one of the tmz posters solved Daniel’s case. You know how illiterate and juvenile most of them are? One post last week said Donna Hogan was on TV and said Anna died of strabismus!
And we know that’s hereditary.

Looking forward to whatever comes tomorrow from the inquest. I didn’t finish the list revision - have had a major problem tonight, but perhaps it will be done this week, if I still have a home to live in and if no more strangers come beating on my door.
I missed the first part of the SOTU because of this jerk trying to make me open my own door to him, not knowing who he was! Then I had to keep the TV muted and keyboard silent until I was sure he was gone. I’m still terrified.

ok, if Khavarian’s license was suspended, therefore making him incapable legally of authoring/drafting a will, that would set him up for further malpractice charges, yes?
Apparently, he wasn’t actually suspended at the date of the will. What Howard inferred was that only Howard and Rale would split the 6% in the end. It’s an area of confusion without the agreement on the table. It’ll come. I’m guessing that it got filed in Misc. records...and that takes a diligent hunt.

Thank you - I just keep praying the same. Yes, I have a gun, but won’t use it. I don’t give out my address and the phone is unlisted, so anyone who knocks or rings the doorbell is a stranger, unless I made some arrangements for someone to come - and I *don’t* unless it’s a package delivery or emergency maintenance.
I don’t have a “porch” so I don’t have a “porch light” so I can’t see who it is thru the peephole. I’ve lived here 4 years, so it’s not someone looking for a previous resident. It happened two weekend nights during the holidays, but just a doorbell ringing, then they left.
This time, he beat on the door and beat on the door and beat on the door 6-7 times. I tried to be really quiet but he didn’t stop, so I went to the door (5 feet away from me on the sofa) and said “who is it” but my voice is very weak because I can’t breathe.
I repeated it several times and he seemed to hear me and said “It’s Chris with the project” - I assumed he meant the apartment project, but I hadn’t called anyone and it’s well after dark! I asked “what do you want” - he kept saying “open the door, I can’t talk to you thru the door”.
Well, I wasn’t about to say “no, I won’t open the door” because that translates, “I’m a sick woman who lives here alone.” That would be an open invitation to him to break in and rob me or worse.
Then he just started cussing and apparently left (I couldn’t see anyone thru the peephole anymore, after I picked myself up off the floor from clutching my chest where it hurt and stopped crying).
I called the apt’s office and left word that I’d call in the morning, but reported what the guy said - his name and that he was with the “project.” I’ll call them tomorrow and find out if there is such a person. Pretty sure there isn’t. But, they’re not good at wanting to protect me at all (the handyman once said he’d come sometime one afternoon and I said I sleep in the daytime and need to know when and he said “no problema” he’d just let himself in!) - that’s what it’s like.
Ugh - enough for now.
But *whose* records - that’s the question! What firm? Where?
No, he was just a witness to Anna’s will - you don’t have to be an atty to do that - Kimmie was the other one.
thanks RTE and Saca - well, shoot! - here i was thinking all this time it was Khavarkian that drafted the will and witnessed same. (the attorney who drafted my own will was also first witness, with a paralegal from his office as second witness - maybe that’s why I was thinking it was Khavarian).
So who drew it up?

The more pertintent questions are...Who brought her to Trope & Trope to draw it up? Why was there no previous will? Why was there no insurance? Why was there a 6% cut but the litigation attorney in the bankruptcy is not included.
Everything in the will is self-serving with Howard and Rale being the benefactors in the event of Anna's death. Daniel laid in the way. He was about to reach 21. Howard would lose "guardianship"....The same guardianship he would claim over Dannielynn in the Bahama Courts.
The clinker became Larry. No problem for Howard. He had stuff on everyone...After Anna died, Larry made a deal with the devil and the rest is history.
