I especially liked your link to Bain at the chapel. Shows exactly what kind of person he is. I have never believed a word he says and now I know that he is a racist also. I wonder if he would treat Rita with such hatred if she was black.
OMG, that would be devastating. I have wondered if Howard had a hand in Marshall’s death, hoping that his widow would be so grieved that she wouldn’t fight anymore and just hand them the money. I’m proud of her for staying strong. They don’t deserve a penny.
Well here’s another court date to add to the list...
The attorney who represented Anna Nicole Smith’s infant daughter in the rancorous dispute over the starlet’s body is seeking nearly $200,000 for his work.
Richard Milstein served as the court-appointed guardian ad litem for Dannielynn Hope Marshall Birkhead. He has filed paperwork in state court in Broward County seeking $198,493.98 from a trust set up in Dannielynn’s name.
Attorneys for the girl’s father, Larry Birkhead, and Smith’s longtime companion, Howard K. Stern, say Milstein’s bill would exhaust nearly the entirety of an estimated $200,000 remaining in the trust, though the girl could eventually inherit millions more.
Milstein claims that for over two weeks, he had to devote virtually all of his time to this case.
Birkhead and Stern’s lawyers claim that the amount sought is unconscionable and that Smith’s mother, Virgie Arthur, should pay part of the bill.
The hearing is scheduled for November 8, 2007.

The most depressing result of Lincoln Bain’s duplicity, bigotry and anti-Americanism is the affect it might have on the nannies’ credibility.
Just because he is a two-faced con-artist should not detract from those two frightened, Haitian domestic workers who were probably a little *star struck*, trusting and gave him honest answers.
In fact, I believe their genuineness disarmed him during the interviews. We are all inclined to judge others by our own standards...he seemed stunned they were so straightforward.

We got this idea when reading a colorful, e mail sobriquet from one of our new and faithful readers, John Nazarian, billed as “private eye to the stars.” An ex-San Francisco cop, he tells us he signed on to protect Howard K. Stern from what he calls vicious, greed-motivated attacks by Team Virgie.
It’s a media ratings war, that’s gone nuclear, with mega-lawyers, cable rivals, and, now, dueling PIs in the trenches like JS. So we asked him how he feels about his rival, Don Clark, ex-G Man from Houston.
“He’s guilty of felony stupid,” he wrote us. And that was BEFORE Clark, ex-FBI agent turned FOX News consultant lost his mojo in a Sunday night shoutfest on Geraldo with the Nannies’ Bahamas lawyer Elizabeth Thompson. While Clark insists the maids told him about the infamous Larry-Howard gay sex tape, Thompson says it was never discussed… with Clark or Rita Cosby who was taped in recent days trying to buy off the Nannies. We’d be happy to hear from Rita, and Don, too, but tonight, heeeeeeeere’s John:
Regarding what critics have said about Stern’s standing by Dr. Kris Erosovich, he writes:
“Howard is the kind of person that if you are a friend in good times, he is still your friend in bad times! Is that a character flaw, I say not. Most don’t have their cars, homes anything to protect their privacy! I got a call the other morning from TMZ asking what I was doing? I said ‘nothing’, the response, ” Well your car is at Larry’s house”, I was cool and asked how did she know?
“We ran the plate”……
Now, when I was a cop, and even now, I (understood) that running plates for grins and giggles is AGAINST THE LAW!
So Jerry Brown, would you look into that for me? And let me know when DMV will be conducting a DMV / DOJ AUDIT OF TMZ’S PRIVILEGES AND OR SOURCES WHO RAN MY F…g PLATE?

Ol’ Baldy’s fans have to be some of the most violent, hate-filled, uneducated bunch of losers posting on the internet. Apparently, their own *loved ones* do not include mothers, or grandmothers, husbands, wives, relatives who are police officers or legitimate medical care-givers. It seems they do not want Anna’s or Daniel’s deaths investigated to clear their home boys, but would like to see Virgie join Anna & Daniel, in death - I presume. We should boycott that site - so as not to increase his hits!
Bain reminds me of the spider who took the flies into his web. His web of deceit. I think he saw their honesty and being naive as a way to exploit them to his advantage. I’m naive myself in some ways and try to think the best of people, until I’m shown otherwise. Sometimes you have no other choice but to leave people like that alone. I hope the nannies will realize one day that they have been used by several people.

Milstein's bill is going to look bad for Seidlin. I think we shall soon find out how Milstein is connected and to whom.
I read the article again and noticed in the second paragraph it said Thompson had hands on experience in offshore banking. Hmmm, makes me wonder if HKS had used her expertise.

I agree with you suspecting that Moe is Rita’s source.He’s the most likely candidate, it seems to me.
However, we can’t rule out the Shelly’s can we ? After all, they removed a lot of Anna’s possessions from Horizons and then turned them over to the sheriff’s department in the Carolinas. Maybe they made copies .....
I've seen this posted before and it is wrong. My nephew (now 21) was born out of wedlock and his parents never married but he carried his father's last name from birth. An unwed mother can name her baby (on the birth certificate) anything she wants.
