For all we know, KE said "give these (methadone)to your mom" to Danny before he left, and called Howard to let him know he had them on him. The bottle could have said anything...assuming they were in a bottle.
Do we know whether Danny took his backpack up to the room? It should be on the surveillance photo of them entering the hospital.
Or was left in the car...where Howard could take some, pepper it on Daniel's food and leave the rest in the bag.
They should be able to find out if the methadone in Howard's bed is a "batch match" to the ones found in Danny's backpack.
Chloral Hydrate...This "killer" has a quick OD time element and can easily be introduced in tea.
Since (let's just guess) Danny wasn't tested for Chloral Hydrate, let's just assume Florida wouldn't look for it either....and they didn't. Someone tipped them off.
It was the Methadone that killed Daniel....Bit it may be the combination of Methadone AND CHLORAL HYDRATE which made death a sure thing.
From what I've read, they're STILL running tests and/or waiting for results.
I think Martino will show up...Larry won't...'cause he knows he's been cornered by his best bud.

OMG! I was eating dinner in front of the TV (big mistake) and out of nowhere, once again without warning - there was this weird tidbit on ET:
“Is there a smoking gun in the death of Anna Nicole’s son Daniel?”
And the video is of Howard!
But, then ...
They said “Howard K Stern says there is a surveillance video showing Daniel walking his mother around the hospital ...”

Dontcha just love ET and it's tidbit flashes. It's like watching lightening.
The bottle of CH in the refrigerator at Horizons looked to me to be liquid. Wasn't it discussed waaaay back that Howard left the hospital a second time and freepers believed he went to get that bottle?
Also, either t.v. or written articles mentioned that the bottle of CH was hidden from Anna, because she drank it from the bottle.
I don't know if Daniel's Coke was in a can - or was it a plastic container with ice from the fast-food joint? It would have been fairly easy for Howard to spike the latter type of container with a liquid when Daniel was resting.
I watched Jack Harding video last night. He never mentioned the "father-figure's" name. Bahamian police visited him at his home after Daniel's death.
If Harding isn't slated to be a witness at the inquest, he should be! They met over a 2-3 month period, sometimes daily. He seemed genuinely sorry for Danny, and I could see a sense of regret that he didn't do this investigation for Danny.
A psychological profile - Daniel was worried for his mother, not himself.
btw, I didn’t lose Taz. The date threw me - it was taped on July 5th.
Yeah, I know it was the hospital’s tape and was in inquest testimony, but what in the world would they be calling a “smoking gun” that Howard brought to them as an exclusive?
I know, I know - *nothing.* It’s just such a stupid *screaming* statement. And he’s getting paid for an exclusive to *cry* on cue for whatever they’re going to show tomorrow. Aaacck.
The bigger drug bottle in the mini-fridge from Anna’s bedroom was methadone, not chloral hydrate.
The CH bottle was in the Hard Rock hotel room - or in the adjacent room within the suite. We don’t really know anything about CH and how it was handled with Anna back in Nassau.
The first time it was mentioned was after Daniel’s death, when Dr KE said she wanted something for ANS to “knock her out” because of the nightmares about Daniel being caught in purgatory.

Methadone is a painkiller and fairly common. Chloral hydrate is a sleep medication, a sedative, no longer used much by “modern” doctors.
Marilyn Monroe had just changed from her addictive sleeping pill of choice, Nembutal, to Chloral Hydrate, when she was found dead.
The early autopsy results had no inkling of chloral hydrate in the results. Its' use had to come from "a tip".
I'm inclined to think that the chloral hydrate was NOT out in the open at the Hardrock. Perper said something new came to light and they were running more tests. After those tests came back, the whole of the pending autopsy results changed. "Death by Chloral Hydrate".
Well, OK - *we* the public didn’t know about the CH until after Anna died, but it was March 16th on ET - when I waited a whole weekend, lol, to see the segment again on a re-run - to catch the last drug name on the infamous fax list (a different one from the one tmz published).
The drug name had not been mentioned when the first view of the fax list came out. Then when ET did a 2nd installment of the Dr KE segment, I was able to see the graphics with the drug names printed out and chloral hydrate was the only new one I hadn’t been able to catch on the first run-through because it was “new” to us and unfamiliar in general.
It was so ironic (maybe!) that it made such a big impression on me, then later became “the” cornerstone drug.
It looks like you’re saying it was NOT on the first list published by TMZ. I’ll go back to see where we were with the autopsy on March 16th.
On March 9th, perper was supposed to announce the results of the autopsy. It was delayed because something new came to light. It also mentions that Kapoor was not cooperative but makes no mention of KE. Hmmm
Whatever. Reading Google, I’m not going to understand. Don’t want to, maybe. I take asprin and not much of that.
Why did Perper call in KE? Or did he? Did she call him and talk to him so as to make sure her death wasn’t declared a suicide?
Well, I found my posts from March 16th and then March 19th, but in the latter, I referenced finding 3 new drugs added from the KE interview on The Insider and ET - but I didn’t say what they were, except the very last one, morphine.
I skimmed thru most of my posts from 3/16 thru 3/19 and didn’t find when or why I actually added the CH, but I had, by Monday afternoon, probably after The Insider.
See, in my first Case Name List - Pharmaceuticals listing, which I had updated that day, March 16th, there had so far been no chloral hydrate mentioned:

KE was just shown in a one-on-one on ET - showing another new fax from KE and it lists all the same drugs, in a different order and two new ones I caught (this went by really fast) that weren’t on the one we knew about were: robaxin and cipro. I think there was one more “new” one, too.
ET said, this is a damaging list, KE - aren’t you worried about losing your license?
LOL, they even left the camera on her instead of turning it into to a tease to wait until Monday.
Smiling as always, she said “No, I’m not.”
Then, in a tease as to the “rest of the story” they had a brief clip of KE saying “no, they were never delivered.”
(Of course, we know that about the Kapoor fax list, but maybe that’s the one she’s talking about, not this one - you know how they play fruit basket turnover with these sound bites.)

I’m still 200 posts behind - so back there reading, but watching The Insider now and they just went through the laundry list of KE’s other new memo to Dr. Kapoor. This is from the same footage, of course, that will be on ET tonight.
She did confirm that this memo was to Kapoor (as was the first one that was revealed last week). She declared that this was a private document and it is a stolen document. She didn’t mention that both she and HKS are supposedly unleashing their attorneys on somebody, I think it’s FOX News, about this.
Anyway, there was yet another new one on the list, past the 3 new ones I’ve added over the weekend. The latest: morphine. There were 11 total medications requested in this memo:
Methadone
Soma
Cipro
Robaxin
Topamax
Dilaudid
Chloral Hydrate
Valium
Prexige
Morphine
Dalmane
Eroshevich defended the list and said it was a normal list, that ANS probably did take more than a lot of people. She casually mentioned that ANS probably took a couple extra doses sometimes.
She said she’s not worried about losing her medical license, no - people are just looking everywhere for someone to blame because of Anna’s death. It’s just a sad situation.
