Hi All - just bumping. I had hoped aginst hope that I could surprise us all with the new revised CaseNameList today or maybe tomorrow at the latest, but alas, it’s not to be.

Just updating things, I have to wade thru so much inaccurate BS just to get the barest facts to write about each entry that I’m “up to here” with it all, lol. It’s OK - I *will* get it done, eventually.

I just can’t sit in one position for long periods of time anymore. I do get up and move around often, but keeping facts, figures, dates, names, places in my head from one item to the next gets “iffy” when I keep interrupting myself to go do other things for a while.

Sorry to disappoint at this *yet another* deadline - as I’m sure all were hanging on with bated breath for this, lol. It will be done, by golly!

I asked all of us to unite and post as much info on the death of Daniel that we can as the inquest proceeds.If anyone has new info you can join this forum and just post to private reply so it will not be read by everyone.A little info goes a long way.

Maybe "bait" IS the right word that covers everything.

Howard "baited" Anna with the Marshall Suit. KE and Howard baited Kapoor with the call for the methadone and other drugs. Howard baited Gibson. Howard baited Wecht. Howard "baited" Thompson. Bain admittingly "baited" Cosby (On Howard's behalf). Howard "baited" Seidlin: "You're the one who knocked on my door in the middle of the night. Larry "baited" Virgie.

Look what happens in all this. They all get busted (one way or another)....except for Howard. That's why the inquest is so critical. NO ONE "baited" Howard. He stands alone "At the most critical times"....the death of two young people.

But it was Watson (Rte66) who gave me the clue.

Follow the footsteps of KE and Howard. KE disappears to Ca. in both cases. Howard is "Alone" with both victims prior to discovery of death BY OTHERS!!

It is only these two people who were administering drugs...dangerous combinations of drugs...

We STILL don't know who wrote the prescriptions for Daniel but we DO know that Methadone was accessable to Howard.

AND THAT HOWARD ALSO MADE SURE THAT DANIEL HAD SOMETHING TO EAT...AND DRINK.

Who was still around that could have gone with Howard to the joint? Was the methadone in the car?

We still don't know if he left for a second time (even for a very brief time. When we find that out...we can toss that scenario around.

I still don’t get why JQ withdrew the motion for Wilma or why her atty’s papers you linked to Texas court.

4-6 hours before his death. He was found at 9:40 - 4hrs = 5:30. 9:40-6 hrs = 3:30.

So was Danny moving when the nurses saw him "sleeping" by his mom. When would the drugs effectively make him incapacitated?

This is in the time frame when Howard approached the nurses desk...(4:00).
