I am delighted to see pictures broadcast, as I’m sure it brings some happiness to her maternal family seeing DL - even if on tv - but so surprised to see DL out “shopping” so soon after turkey-day! I totally expected DL to be with her paternal relatives (maybe even LB’s real mom?) in Kentucky for the holiday - don’t know why I would think that but I did....was the car-seat in the middle-back or behind the driver’s side? where is Nanny? where are her little shoes?! lol
the Taber blood is strong in her features :) Too bad DL hasn’t had the pleasure of revisiting her mother’s face in Virgie - i’m sure it would delight her no end to see a smile exactly like hers.
one wonders, if the tape of LB saying ‘who’ in response to a question about DL’s maternal grandmother, could show up in court as evidence of malicious and intentional alienation? If LB is concerned about what DL will ‘read’, shouldn’t he also be concerned about his own comments towards DL’s relatives? imo.
P.s., saw that character swims over at tmz commenting on the tape - seems ‘it’ is saying the plan is to hold DL as blackmail over Virgie’s head? wonder how Monroe will act to that? wonder how Wood will react to that? wonder how the custody judge will react to that? smaks to me of a repeat of what mebe happened with Anna? seems to me it was stated pretty confidently by that poster, too - as if they were an authority on things...curious.....
weather in beverly hills this afternoon was between 67 and 70 - warmer clothing than a thin sweatshirt and no shoes would have been in order for a little toddler imo - maybe a little sleeveless vest and fuzzy boots like baby uggs and a cute little hat to keep in warmth would have been more appropriate??

“She knows (baby daddy) will be there if she needs him and will visit with his child but won’t be involved in the day-to-day decisions....she also divulged that (baby daddy) doesn’t want money from her - the baby was produced out of love”.

Why in the world would anyone sign that agreement? What was there to tell the media?
I'm (Howard) her daddy was just a "big fat lie".
There had to be several agreements attached to a "sperm donor" agreement and the Jan 6th is only one of them. It is not unusual for them to say "I will make no claim to the child in the future". There are several examples on the web.
Suppose someone finds "good evidence" of such an agreement. Actually, they already have. From Jan 6, 2006 until ???????, Larry said nothing about being the father or Anna wishing to marry Larry.
As an anonymous father, Larry could receive money for the rest of his life. Larry forgot one thing...Anna doesn't pay her bills and lies like a rug!!
When Howard claimed to be the father, Larry knew he'd never get a dime unless he continued the "game" Howard's way.
We've never heard boo from the doctor...to verify that Larry went with Anna for her checkups.
We've never heard from Howard or KE or even a store clerk to verify that Anna and Larry went baby shopping and because she had lost a child, I simply think the whole baby shopping bit was another "Red Herring".
When i took contract law, I was taught that a contract and/or confidentiality agreement was invalid if it covers up a crime. It was the eventual demise of the Catholic Church in their quest for secrecy. The contracts "covered up" a crime and the contracts fell "on thier face".
Is being a sperm donor a crime? No, but conspiring to cover it up for financial gain and collusion (with Howard) is. No wonder Opri split...and she had every right to. Larry was working with the nemisis in the case.
The Insider is going to have a little segment on “how Anna Nicole *would’ve celebrated* her 40th birthday with little Dannielynn.” They showed a clip of the shopping spree from yesterday.
I will report whatever the fictitious BD party report is, lol!
As an aside, what a range of cases some judges have to contend with!
Fellow homeboy Oscar Wyatt, Jr., oilman extraordinaire, at 83 is much younger than Howard Marshall was, but still ... Judge Denny Chin got to sentence him today in the oil-for-food scandal - and is also hearing the Stern v Cosby lawsuit. Bet Chin thinks Texans are for the birds, lol!

"Sweet nature" was the one who seemed to think I would lick envelopes. My husband thought he could seal them by using a wet sponge. That doesn't work as it once did. Cheap foreign stuff - not enough glue, so I did it by wetting my finger and running it along the inside edges. Doesn't take as long as it sounds.
Is there any reason given on why Daniel's inquest has been postponed again? Waiting for more money to grease their palms?
