The case is frustrating. Everything SEEMS WRONG...because IT IS WRONG.
Sometimes the problem of Law lies with "With whom does the burden lie?"
Like Howard said, "There isn't a single piece of evidence that Daniel was murdered". Or something like that.
Time will tell. There's a lot of circumstantial evidence just like in the Scott Peterson Case. Until the bodies surfaced, Scott was scott free.
So it only takes one "catch all" to turn a case from "unprosecutable" to "Life Behind Bars". The Bahamas has the death penalty.

I can't verify her veracity nor if she really is in the Bahamas with the rest of the "Banned Biddies" but if she is correct then that's a different story that Howard has told about the picture he took of Daniel after Daniel's death. IMO
I think Howard needs acting lessons....Sobbing??? Did your sister Bonnie tell you sobbing looks good?

Anna Nicole’s son seemed fine before death, Bahamas nurses say

NASSAU, Bahamas — In the hours before his death, the 20-year-old son of Anna Nicole Smith appeared fine to medical personnel in the Bahamas, who said Tuesday they saw him walking in his celebrity mother’s room, talking and sleeping in the same bed with her.
On the second day of an inquest into the Sept. 10, 2006, death of Daniel Smith, nursing assistant Francis Woodside said the young man was sleeping in the same bed as his mother, while her attorney and partner Howard K. Stern slept in the other, about 3 hours and 40 minutes before a hospital-wide alarm that he had been found unconscious.

That’s coming. The night nurse isn’t any of these - she was the one with the kind of Nigerian-sounding name, like green soybeans.
I do think HKS was fake-sleeping. He seemed to know all kinds of things that happened during the night, but “from his perspective” all he knew was waking up to screams.
IOW, he actually knew ALL the perspectives in the room - Daniel’s, Anna’s, the night nurse’s, the baby’s. So, in order to tell *his* perspective, he had to conjure it up *as if* he hadn’t seen anything else. But, he gave himself away, to my way of thinking.
Besides, what with the world’s most fanous celebrity, Anna, being constantly and unendingly besieged by paparazzi jumping out of the woodwork at all hours of the day and night, and so many people wanting to capture the DNA of “that baby” and perhaps kidnap “the little heiress” for a multi-million $$ ransom, how can a “paid companion” ever sleep?
LB’s purpose in florida should only have been obtaining Anna’s dna (which was postured on the ‘hair-dying’ allegation). Still can’t figure out why he ws surprised that Dl had brown hair, not blond (neither he nor Anna are ‘natural’ blonds) and, imo, his ‘blue’ contacts are too blue and photograph unnaturally imo (although they do tend to mask pupil size). there was no need for anything else, including his ‘custody court’ type-testimony, until parentage was settled.
otoh, his testimony did give us some meat to chew on, at a time when HKS and crew were starving us for information, and I’m sure he realizes in retrospect it was a Big Mistake to take the stand for exactly that reason.
Surely the paparazzi were hanging around the hospital. If not, why? It would be nice if a paparazzi photographed Howard leaving with a bag at 4:00 AM.

Those things have absolutely nothing to do with Daniel's inquest OR where Anna should be buried since he had no "real" contact with her since they left for the Bahamas.
I do not consider emails REAL contact. Howard could have been writing them for Anna for all we know.
Even Larry saying Howard was giving Anna drugs means nothing. He was talking about Anna, not Daniel and everyone knew Anna took drugs. It was totally worthless as far as "decision making" testimony. I'm trying to understand why Howard didn't object to him testifying but the end game is "Anna hated Mom".
Obviously, he volunteered to testify to give the appearance of an alliance with Virgie....except he said Anna didn't like her Mom. Why would he say that because I don't think it was a question. But saying it gave validity to the I Hate Mommy video which is WHY he said it. That's all Howard wanted him to say....Anna and Virgie were enemies. Custody was down the road. The trap was set for Virgie.
Right now, I'm working on a huge mathematical problem. It's a monster. I've been able to weed out all the Red Herrings...they simply don't lead to the solution....The problem becomes stupid easy....well not quite that easy...It took 9 years!!

I know you can’t view videos to see what I’m talking about so, to explain my thought process on searching - when i went back to the url for the GBen/Shelley interview video i’d saved, it came up as ‘estate’.....so then i searched utube for gben, and got no results, so then i searched the phrase anna nicole shelly (misspelling shelley), and voila’, up came One of the gben tapes i’d saved the url for, sandwiched in 4 tapes of toothless shelly.
curious that the ‘estate of’ would claim the two damning GBen tapes, but left the ‘screwed up toothless shelly cousin’ tapes alone .....
the two Hardin, PI tapes are still there - posted by butterfly curiously enough - when you start them, they go about 3 seconds with a picture of a girl in black hat, then go back to ‘replay this tape’ menu. BUT...if you move the little indicator dot at the bottom, past where it ‘hangs’, then you can get the tape to play...i noticed a couple of tapes that were hanging like that and figured out how to ‘override’ them just playing around.
6 months ago there were thousands and thousands of relevant tapes, now the total is down to about 3400. Clown tapes still up, cousin shelly still up, tributes still up, most et, insider, access, etc, tho, gone, like they never existed.
yes, the inquest was cancelled - public opinion led to it being reopened but it was stalled again and again until this month. (Happy Birthday, Vicki :) )
imo, hks got a sharp taste of reality when, after Virgie and Billy Smith tried to get daniel’s body exhumed just before the funeral, the judge declined their request based on the grounds that Daniel’s body needed to stay in the Bahamas until after the inquest....immediately leading howie to his next step: challenge jury selection process and the Bahamaian constitution.
imo, the most stragetic move HKS could have made, he did - he put Anna on TOP of Daniel, not in the purchased grave NEXT to Daniel. and the parties protecting howie were in unison - Anna ‘with’ her son - not in the grave next to him but ‘with’.
i can see, stacking two children with each other, or husband/wife with each other, but not two husbands in one plot, or one child and one non-parent in the same plot - doesn’t make sense and I don’t think I’ve ever seen it in graveyards i’ve visited.
to exhume Daniel now, the Bahama court, itself, will have to fight to exhume Anna just to get to Daniel. HKS isn’t finished yet with stalling the inquest imo. Anna’s body is his next trump card.
Future Court Case:
Okay...exhume Daniel but Anna must remain undisturbed.
However, I don't know what the laws are in the Bahamas, but states have powers, too. For example, in a suspicious death, they can order an autopsy. I'd say exhumation is only an extension of that power......whether Anna is on top of Daniel or not.

...His memorandum came less than a week after Mrs. Virgill announced that she would hold an inquest
...In the Daniel Smith matter, Chief Magistrate Gomez said that an inquest might not be needed. Once the awaited toxicological reports come in, he said, they would be forwarded to the police and the Office of the Attorney General.
He said that if the Attorney General feels an inquest is called for, Attorney General Allyson Maynard-Gibson would send the file to his office to assign.
Mrs. Maynard-Gibson was not available for comment and had not returned phone calls up to press time.

On the day of 20-year-old Daniel Smith’s funeral - six weeks after his drug induced death during a visit to his mother and new baby sister - a Bahamian jurist expressed anger at the “injustice” that has so far been done to the Bahamian public by authorities since his death.
The jurist’s anger and disappointment with authorities centred on the fact that they have thus far not conducted, or set a date for an inquest into Daniel’s death, despite it being a “matter of policy and procedure” in all cases of “sudden death,” such as his, in which no-one is criminally charged.

Bahamas police have apparently completed their part in the cover-up of Daniel Smith’s homicide by handing the files over to an allegedly corrupt magistrate.
Assistant Commissioner of Police Reginald Ferguson said it is now entirely up to the courts to decide if an inquest will be held into Daniel Smith’s tragic death.
