personal opinion: if anna was actually ‘wearing it when’, one would think a magnanimous person would want her mother to have it, since obviously her mother hasn’t been offered anything else. but that’s just me. Oct 18th (iirc) burial plots purchased (one day before funeral)(wasn’t there some controversy over two plots then two plots purchased?)
Oct 31st - A source is quoted by website MSNBC as saying: “She waited as long as she did to bury him because she was trying to figure out if she could get his body into the US.
“Now that she might get booted out, the word is she’s going to take her son’s body with her.”

was it rale or was it stern’s brother that scoped out calif? didn’t hear anything really specific from them, the MM cemetary and the other one that was looked at, would have some sort of record of inquiry maybe maybe not...seems to me, Howie had made his mind up by Sep 26th at the latest.
So between the time Danny died and the funeral, an autopsy was done, Anna and Howard got married, Howard's name appeared on the birth certificate AND(I think), THE INQUEST WAS CANCELLED.

Larry had absolutely no business being in that courtroom.
No one knew absolutely that he was the father EXCEPT Howard and Larry (sperm donor). Hell, he's not even a family friend at that point.

I know that *someone* asked Hugh Hefner about purchasing the crypt next to Marilyn’s, which he owns - and he said “no way.”
Anyways, all these little side shows were RED HERRINGS to the events surrounding Danny's death....but become meaningful in light of Anna's death.
The following items are meaningful to Danny's death.
1. The I HATE MOMMY tape.
2. The tape about the Anna and Daniel spat.
3. Anna's will and Howard's powers.
4. Jurisdiction
5. Place AND TIME of death.
6. KE's contact with Daniel just before he left for the Bahamas.
I'd almost bet that Anna's will was called for at the time of Daniel's death. (Howard and KE supposedly discussed changing Anna's will and Howard said he was just talking to Anna about it.)I believe it was a taped phone call.
How did KE know that it had to be changed? Anna knew how her will was written. And so did Howard and Rale.
I think Rale is in this up to his ears.
Oh, yeah - I know Howie must’ve reiterated every single day, umpteen million times, to Anna Nicole that he - and only he - would be the “hero” that would get the Marshall millions for her. *Stick with me, kid*
That was her only real claim to fame in post-Playboy/Guess! days, other than being outrageous. Note, to this day, how every single article, even those about the inquest, refer to the Marshall billions and *her* “inheritance” from them.
It is the *only* reason they write about her or publicize her - and any of the various hangers-on, as well.
I thought that request to hefner was years ago.
The crypt near Marilyn is for HIS body, according to Hefner. I’m not sure Hefner even really liked Anna and saw her for what she was. I’ve said before, bet she hit on him. Her reputation preceded her. You think Hefner didn’t know about the old man and his money?
Sept 20, 2006, was the date they announced Virgill’s demotion from Coroner and also the day Daniel’s death cert was issued, with the manner of death left blank until tox reports came back.
I think the $85,000 he paid for it way back when is what HKS used as an excuse to Anna as the “high price” of burying Daniel in CA, where she wanted.
Like Hef would’ve just given up his own burial place for an offer of $100,000 or something fradulent like that, from Howie. NOT!

Howard had to have rights under Bahama Law and that's what the Certificate was about. It says he automatically is guardian under Bahama Law. So what he had to do was keep that "Guardianship" clause active until AFTER Anna died.
And it was only AFTER her death that Howard said: "Take it Larry!!"......but we gotta be best buds.

I think it’s funny that the Nassau papers call her “Dannielynn Smith.” The one last name she has never had!
I've always thought he was more involved than he has admitted. I also think, if we're correct in our assumption, that this is one of the reasons he left Trope and Trope. I would think there would be some prestige involved in being a partner in a large successful and reputable firm. He became a member of T & T after he allegedly won the largest sum in CA. history. However, we now learn that the judge who awarded this amount, had seen copies of Pierce Marshall's confidential financial papers that had been taken illegally and apparently copied by HKS in Texas! HKS seems to operate on the premise that if you can't win fair; then cheat, steal and lie your way to victory. He and Rale appear to be "cut from the same bolt of cloth" so to speak. I don't think Trope wanted Rale associated with the firm after his character and reputation have been shown to be questionable. That's JMO, and I have no facts to support it.
I am going to say something that will sound off the wall, and I want to be wrong. But there almost seems to be a conspiracy between the judicial system and the media to keep Daniel Smith and Anna Nicole's deaths from being properly investigated.
Anna Nicole's death was reported and dissected 24/7. Suddenly silence in the media in spite of
Dr. Joshua Perper's ("the pathologist to the stars" as he refers to himself) botched autopsy report.
Judicial misconduct (Judges Seidlin, Milstein, and others)
Lack of speedy followup on Dr. Eroshovich and other doctors.
Relatively little attention given to Rita Cosby's book "Blonde Ambition" and then focusing on only a relatively minor point. To divert attention?
Threats by Howie, and the role of his sister-in-law.
Larry Birkhead allowing Howie and Dr. E near Dannielynn considering their role in the deaths of her mother and half brother. Unless Larry is hoping (you fill in the blank). This should have been a big story in the media.
