I see the birth certificate on numerous sites. But I don't see the date is was filed anywhere.

Howard had to have rights under Bahama Law and that's what the Certificate was about. It says he automatically is guardian under Bahama Law. So what he had to do was keep that "Guardianship" clause active until AFTER Anna died.

And it was only AFTER her death that Howard said: "Take it Larry!!"......but we gotta be best buds.

The very fact that buial in Ca was in the works tells me money wasn't the issue. After all, they just got some big bucks for the pictures of the happy family...in the hospital and on the boat.
