Are you anywhere near Glens Falls? My husband worked on a job there in the 60’s, and I went up in February one year and spent a few days. The people were wonderful and so concerned that I might be too cold! It was beautiful to me, and the cold wasn’t as penetrating there as it is when it really gets cold in the deep South. Our cold weather is so damp it penetrates to the bone.

What she doesn’t have a right to, it to get pregnant then scream go away no daddy rights. If they had an agreement, she sure ran from the court to produce one! If she wanted to switch her game midstream, she should have planned better or not played by the wrong rules. What I will never champion is using a child as a pawn, which anna and LB both did. Basically, karma came around. She got as good as she gave. Come into my parlor said the spider to the fly.

The object was to get rid of any Meth connection to Daniel's death. Howard messed up when he said "5 months". He was setting Anna up for Danny's accidental death. (He COULD set her up now...she was dead!!)
But he got fooled in the end because all the results weren't in yet and the meth was in her bile.
See what happens when you lie. You have to tell a whole bunch of others to cover the first. And yet, no one has questioned Howard on it since....Not yet!!
I want to hear Moe say she was "fine" on Wednesday under oath...not as Howard's parrot and...

3. Tuesday, February 6, 2007 Anna Nicole Smith did not urinate and had a “ pungent ” odor and temperature of 100 degrees. She was at time depressed but she was able to watch television and appeared overall okay. She was given a bath and various fluids including pedialyte, camomile tea and Fiji water. She felt well in the afternoon after a bath and was given chloral hydrate for sleep. She slept about two hours, then she watched television until 11 pm. She took another dose of chloral hydrate and asked for Soma, Klonopin, Valium, Topamax (unknown if she took these medicines).
“Given” .. names them all but no Cipro ever mentioned “given” of taken again. But we know “given” disappears in the equations.

No methadone in the room but he says himself it was 2-3 days last dose. That could mean she took some Tuesay. How nice of him to try and push it out to the Bahs. Give me some stats, info.
Perp is a liar. Show me the exact test results. Howie was trying to get FAR from the Daniel killer. I don’t think Anna was far from the Daniel killer though.
Give me science not the mad scientist! What says 2-3 days? Is that his guess from the liars saying she had a dose before leaving? Who told him that? Why was she on methadone hiding it from howie? Did Howie perjure himeself? Perper made his report AFTER the perjury, why didn’t he consider the tales were changed? Who on a maint program leaves the country with none for a week? With a doc as their nurse? What medical would simply pull you off it? Maybe one drugging you with CH?
Why did Perp not question why someone taking methadone wouldn’t bring it with on a week long trip? Why does he gloss over this? Why does he not give up the tox hours breakdown? How is it 2-3 days. Why not a week, a month? How long does methadone stay in the blood? The bile?
We know ABSOLUTELY that Anna had methadone a few days before she died. Perper has "AT THE LEAST" proven that Howard committed perjury.

If it is metabolized to all those, WHY was it only found in her bile????? Why not the liver? Why not in her brain? Why not her blood? She was not new to methadone. You can’t take info from single NEW dose and apply it to an extended user. NOTE: BLOOD LEVELS EQUILIBRATE WITH TISSUE LEVELS!

After successive daily doses, methadone blood levels equilibrate with the levels in body tissues, and the half-life progressively increases until it reaches a mean average of 25 hours. Once-daily dosing should then be sufficient to maintain a stable patient.
Methadone has a low therapeutic index (overlap of toxic and therapeutic blood levels),so a double dose can be fatal.
IF . that is a big if.. I am understanding this.. methadone is metabolzed into tissue / organs. This ‘bank’ of meth levels is flooded and therefore gets dumped back out into the blood.
Elimination .. urine, bile.. bile = feces! so why wasn’t it in her feces? Did they test for it? If she has been on it since at least April detox, then her tissue and blood levels should be close to level as in extended users.
Perp the jerk doesn’t go into to it does he. Better to send out HKS one liners.

...and, if the methadone was allegedly being used for pain management of whatever pain ANS experienced on a long-term basis, why no new pain meds to replace it when she was off of it?
Muscle relaxants, anti-anxiety meds, anti-seizure meds - do these make back pain from big boobs go away? Maybe they do, I don’t know. Am I forgetting Dilaudid or Demerol - or were they even part of the last week’s drugs mix?
And if chloral hydrate is such a knock-out med, how come she only slept 2 hours on a dose? Shouldn’t a regular dose have kept her asleep for 6-8 hours?
I’m still in shock that her liver was not in worse shape than it was. I really thought her constant seizing problems were DTs whenever she was without alcohol.
Those are the types of seizures I’m the most familiar with, having seen a few bad drunks go through them over the years, as a sponsor of AA newbies. I wasn’t ever around anyone with epilepsy on a regular basis to see how that might be different - just would see kids every now and then have episodes.
