Milstein was a happily married man. He came out at age 41. He is deeply involved in gay groups.

I always took "the Wedding" as "a typical Ca commitment ceremony"...similar to and valid under Ca law...i.e., as to assets at least...and no license required. Except Howard would acquire Anna's debts also.

I thought Howard said in court that the marriage was under litigation....Hmmm

The pills in the bed: "The pills were scored and partially dissolved." The pills carry numbers on either side of the scoring. I'm thinking that the numbers are the most important part as I believe they carry the dosage and or some type of info.

Can pills be tracked to a particular batch? I think so. That's what happens in recalls.

Maybe this will come out in depositions? The Seidlin-Milstein-HKS connection needs investigation - at the least there is an appearance of impropriety.

If only someone, such as Mark Fuhrman or Ann Rule, would take up this case and follow up on this. It is a long shot but these discussions might jog somebody's memory regarding the Seidlin-Milstein-HKS connection.

Boy, I hope Virgie’s attorneys are lurking on this thread. You, Sod, Rte., Liz, Nature, Blue, Sun, Trisha, and numerous others (Sorry, I don’t mean to leave anyone out, but I can’t list all the names from ‘instant recall.) have really put together enough information to warrant an investigation by the U. S. Justice Department IMO. If her attorneys aren’t working on some of these “clues”, they should be. I’m convinced there is a connection with HKS’ visit to Seidlin in the middle of the night, and with the appointment of Milstein as the guardian. Virgie as next of kin should have been named the guardian until LB was legally declared the father. After a thorough investigation of his and HKS’ ‘connectivity’, I believe Virgie would be declared the most competent person to have custody or guardianship of Dannielynn. HKS and LB were so afraid they might have to account for the way they spent Dannielynn’s inheritance and money made from exploiting her that they deliberately maligned Virgie. HKS had been attempting to destroy her relationship with ANS as soon as he came onto the scene.

If Lyn Wood was really interested in justice, he would be suing the hell out of his client...who has defamed anyone who got in the way of his pursuit of money and control...again all this is MPO. How I hope to live to see this group of lawyers, judges, and individuals brought to justice. I get so tired of seeing ‘evil triumph’ even if it is just for a period of time!

I know a lot of attorneys and a couple of judges. They do get calls in the middle of the night....but that's for stuff like "my son just got picked up on a DWI"...stuff that takes the presence of an attorney and/or a judge on a moments notice.

But this hearing matter was NOT a "knock in the middle of the night" affair.

AND WE KNOW THAT HOWARD MADE SOME TYPE OF AN AGREEMENT WITH STERN AND HIS ENTOURAGE.

Seidlin himself said it..."we agreed not to go there"... Well, there wasn't any friggin' agreement in court so it was "behind the robe" shall we say.

Exactly. And it is obvious that there has been a miscarriage of justice. I plan to write to Jerry Brown, not expecting it to do much good, but at least I’ve done something. Far too many judges are getting away with outrageous acts, pushing this country towards a krytocreacy - dictatorship by judges.

Faxes from attorneys usually have cover sheets. Where is it? We do not KNOW that it went to Barth. We were TOLD it went to Barth.

At some time, Howard and KE said they were discussing changing Anna's will. What business was it of KE's? I thought this discusssion was via phone call...which makes no sense at all...KE said she was thinking about it because she was in the process of changing hers. It really didn't make a lot of sense.

Howard said he was just talking with Anna about it. I'll have to go back and try to find that conversation. I believe it was a taped phone call. If it was a taped phone call, why was it taped?

I wonder if HKS talked privately to Seidlin one evening after being appointed as judge for this trial...we know now that Seidlin had the habit of taking nice stuff for doing a favor, Gucci bag for wife, wasn’t it? Anyway, with HKS’s connections and Seidlin’s ambition, it isn’t stretching things to say HKS may have offered him a connection to a TV producer or two. And the hearing, publicized nationally, was his audition. Thus, Seidlin hammed it up, delayed, made a memorable impression, not boring that’s for sure. When have you ever heard of a ME calling up to say, “Hurry up, the body is disintegrating”? The whole thing from beginning to end was extraordinary.

Sod made an interesting point about Milstein being a gay adoption specialist. If Larry really is gay, then Milstein would favor Larry over Virgie. Red state thinking vs. blue state thinking. And I do think LB is a gay who can swing when he wants to.
