If only someone, such as Mark Fuhrman or Ann Rule, would take up this case and follow up on this. It is a long shot but these discussions might jog somebody's memory regarding the Seidlin-Milstein-HKS connection.
But this hearing matter was NOT a "knock in the middle of the night" affair.
AND WE KNOW THAT HOWARD MADE SOME TYPE OF AN AGREEMENT WITH STERN AND HIS ENTOURAGE.
Seidlin himself said it..."we agreed not to go there"... Well, there wasn't any friggin' agreement in court so it was "behind the robe" shall we say.
