How anyone could label Anna Nicole's death an accident and get away with it is beyond me. Reminds me of the autopsy of Drew Peterson's third wife. This thread, Rita Cosby's book, other sources have pointed to so many red flags that one has to make a conscious effort to ignore them.
There are minor points, like KE having this friend Alex Katz pick up prescriptions (p. 6) and quickly lawyered up and refused to talk to the police. An accomplice? Whatever, he appears to have something to hide. Anna's child like behavior that some describe and her sleeping could imply several things, including select drugs.

ATTORNEY SUES ANNA NICOLE’S ESTATE November 09, 2007
According to court papers first obtained by CelebTV.com, L.A.-based attorney Sorrell Trope is suing Anna Nicole Smith’s estate for unpaid legal bills.
In a creditor’s claim filed in L.A. Superior Court on Nov. 7, Trope’s firm is seeking precisely $162,855.67 for legal work done “in connection with family law matters” for Smith from October 2006 to March 2007.
The total bill for Trope’s services was over $280,000, and $118,000 of that sum was paid, leaving the balance of over $162,000 still due to Trope, the papers say.
A call to Sorrell Trope from CelebTV.com was not immediately returned.
Anna Nicole, a former Playboy Playmate, died in February.

I think Rale did leave Trope and we will never know the real reason - probably to diffuse some of the attention and conflict of interest.
IIRC one of the Trope partners now represents Brikhead.
They probably want to keep all the cases *in familia* but not officially.

Callenders has a suit & now Trope & Trope has a suit. Anna's estate has zip in the USA and Howard will never pursue the Marshall case. He's had everything stashed for a while.
His biggest problem is avoiding LE on Income Tax Evasion, Fraud, Perjury...you can add the rest.
