the stories we’ve heard so far are 1) he was fetal in a hospital 2)he was fetal in a hotel room bed, 3) he was preparing to sail the Cracker back to the Bahamas (and did so, if one is to believe Monroe) or 4) he was hosting Steines/KE’s arrival and was preparing for a televised flight back to a ‘secret moonlight reunion with Dl’ where he told the baby over and over, Your mommies’ not coming back, she’s dead. (note to self: on ‘televised flight’ back to Bahamas, no KE - why? she flew in with MS, why not fly to Bahamas with MS/HKS? - seems like an intentional disconnect there to me imo)
one would think, that, given that two pills ‘fell out’ of someone’s pockets in the bed that HKS swore he never laid down on, it would have been valium. but no.....
of course, then we think of the ‘two pills’ that hks ‘flushed’ down the toilet - well, they weren’t the two pills that fell out on the bed now were they? and no valium showed up on the tox report, either.

fwiw, I don’t keep a lot of info on ‘file’...generally, if I post it, it’s gone - my intent is to get it ‘out there’, not hoard it - I trust that to others ;) with more harddrive space! Asked to recall it, nine times out of ten I’ll pull different cites than what I originally posted.

Question from TaurusPA: Hello Michel, on CTV last night, Cyril Wecht seemed to make light of the fact of these other pills. He sounded like he was saying they wouldn’t contribute to death. Do you agree? Or what other facts are you hearing?
Michel Bryant: He may be right about the total impact of these additional drugs. But, the most important fact is that Dr. Wecht never made public the fact that additional drugs were in Daniel’s system until we confronted him with the story. Let me give you a tip as to the future of this story and the drug element. You can expect that the methadone (which even Dr. Wecht never quantifies) will be the drug that killed Daniel Smith.
Court TV Host: Didn’t Dr. Wecht say that your source was wrong - that those other drugs were not present, correct? Is there going to be a battle of the experts - and how would that likely be resolved?
Michel Bryant: Wecht is a slippery guy. He first denied there were other drugs then went on to name them. He actually named all four and refused to name another that he says were found in “trace” amounts and might prove to be embarrassing to the family. So there will be battle of the experts because the drug amounts and identities will be clear once the Bahamian authorities provide their report. The only issue will be what combination, if any, caused the death. And is there one drug over another that was the predominate cause of death?
Question from tara: Michel, do you think Dr. Wecht is being paid not to reveal some of his findings?
Michel Bryant: Well, Dr. Wecht said last night on Crier that “he didn’t have a dog in this fight.” But, he was hired by Anna Nicole and was paid by Anna Nicole and his client would rather this whole thing go away. You tell me...does he have a dog in this fight or not?

A powerhouse law firm that also represents Britney Spears is seeking nearly $163,000 from Anna Nicole Smith’s estate for legal services.
In court documents obtained by TMZ, the firm of Trope and Trope says they provided services to the former Playmate beginning in October of 2006 — to the tune of $281,000, and only $118,000 has been paid.
A copy of the document has also been sent to the executor of Anna’s will, Howard K. Stern.
