What a farce the Milstein bill is. So what does Milstein know that lets him even THINK that his work entitled him to this amount.

Larry complained about Opri and we KNOW she worked her butt off. Milstein did cr*pola compared to Opri but he's charging 1/3 of her total.

What's wrong with this picture?? Ans: HOWARD
