It was only when Howard declared himself the father "according to his calendar" WHICH MEANS BIOLOGICAL FATHER....did Larry file the lawsuit.
Howard effectively "voided" any "sperm donor agreement" with his declaration.
Was the “fat gown” ever sold? Was it sold “under her name”?
Old man Marshall is with Vicki in Oct 1991 but I believe they met even earlier.
She divorces Billy in 1992. Don't tell me that "Plans" weren't active at that time.
If she could finaggle "Plenty of assets" out of him BEFORE they were married, imagine....well just imagine...because someone did!!!
Her jewels were missing?? Surely, they were insured and she profited...because...well, because you know what jewelers give you “for insurance purposes”.
I don’t know if she sold that gown or not. That article is the first I heard about her trying to sell it. I’m sure the jewelry was insured. I’ve never collected on insurance for jewelry but I’m thinking they insure things for a lot more than they are worth, just to make sure it is covered. She or Howard could have hidden the jewelry so it couldn’t be added to Marshall’s estate, filed a claim, got the money and still have the jewelry somewhere. That’s just what I was thinking might have happened.

I think the whole Marshall suit will be thrown out as FRAUD...and HKS knows it....and THAT'S why he's asking for 6% of "everything".
IT would be interesting to go back to her diaries after reading this....You'll be able to pick out the lies. Diaries aren't necessarily truthful.
Thanks for that site. Wow, she sure was mean to Marshall and lied up a storm. I don’t think there will be any Marshall money either. She wants half of his fortune for only 14 months of marriage. She probably wasn’t even with him half of that time and when she was she was mean to him. He sure made a mistake by marrying her and look at the misery she has put the Marshall family through. She didn’t count on someone named Howard K. Stern being more manipulative and heartless than she was. I believe in karma. I’m going back to read somemore...Thanks again. Everyone should read this.

IIRC, he said he would serve as executor for the estate without charge.
