Mushroom tea can cause nausea and vomiting. It is hard to drink on its own so needs to be mixed with something else. Should not be taken if you are emotionally unstable.

iirc, the only thing that perper found in her stomach was a small amount of blood, attributed to toxic shock from impending death. he found no pills, no pill capsules in either her stomach or intestinal contents. He found no signs of long-term drug abuse in either the liver or other organs. Perper stated that the bile duct (gland?) contained a small amount of methadone, but it was ‘inactive’ and was injested, probably he assumes, prior to her departure from the Bahamas. (autopsy investigative report)

I hadn’t seen that. I imagine there are a lot of creditors out there wanting their money. If Howard can get out of paying them I’m sure he will.
just a general fyi - i reported last nite 3am that hotsmoochielips was online at aol. The s/n is still showing as active online (on a mobile device) as of 5:02pm this date (calif time)
I’ve half a mind to go back into aol under a new nic and send an im to see what I get back ;)
for those who don’t have/use aol, s.o.p. is once a s/n is cancelled (account closed or s/n deleted by owner) it is six months before that s/n can be used by anyone again, even the original owner.
[Which reminds me - LB stated that he signed on to aol and saw ANS’s s/n ‘flicker’ and go out - that has never occured in my experience with aol. when an aol user signs off, parentheses are put around that name and then the name disappears after a few minutes, and shows up on recent buddies list. When a user first signs on, there are astericks put around the name to denote to other buddies that the s/n has just signed on. These astericks also disappear after a few minutes - i’ve never seen a name ‘flicker’ or ‘just go out’]
that’s 6percent for rale/stern, and an undisclosed percentage for the attorneys who are actually doing the work on the case, now 10 years old. (guessing 40% contingency?) Even with a ‘win’ I doubt DL would get much of anything after the lawyers feed themselves first. IMO
So Howard would rather charge 6% rather than *billable hours* for calculating his total bill?

But the article specifically said, ‘at her house’ - I recall in reading it, it was unusual that LB didn’t contradict the interviewer asking the question in that way or didn’t ask publically for acorrection after the article was published....the interview was in the context of LB explaining ‘they were bringing more and more drugs into the house and HKS said ANS needed them ‘to live’.’ IF the interviewer/author of the article is correct, there are huge implications to LB being at that house in Jan, and I’ve long suspected it was true, just because no correction was ever asked for....moo

Howard has been overpaid for any legal service he provided Anna Nicole, IMO. He has lived off ANS since he went to work for her. Has anyone seen any checks he has written on himself? He and KE signed checks on ANS, and he has spent her money like it was his. Had he had to support himself, I think it’s safe to say he’d qualify for public assistance...since he made $12,000 @year before taking over ANS’ affairs. I don’t think he could buy much in CA with $12,000. It was his lucky day when he got his hands on ANS’ money, but was probably the unluckiest day of her life when she allowed him to allegedly work for her.

That sounds so familiar - funny how no-one here jumped on it - because if that is true he must have seen 4 month -old Dannielynn!!!! So, if the *stalking, bad mouthing, fighting for the baby or more money* Brikhead was there *under the radar* why is so incredible that outcast Jackie was also at Peter Nygard’s house? Where did Brikhead and Speers and Opri stay while in the Bahamas in January ‘07?
Stern Files Claim Involving Smith Estate

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Howard K. Stern, the companion of Anna Nicole Smith and executor of her will, has filed court papers seeking 6 percent of whatever the model’s estate might recover from her late husband’s fortune.
Stern filed his creditor’s claim Oct. 18 in Los Angeles Superior Court, citing a contingent fee agreement on file in bankruptcy court.
Smith, who died in February Florida, was the widow of Texas oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II. She had been fighting Marshall’s family for years over his estimated $500 million fortune.
Smith’s 13-month-old daughter, Dannielynn, stands to inherit any portion of the money that might have gone to her mother.
In the court filing, first reported by the Web site CelebTV.com, Stern specifies that his 6 percent payment “is conditioned upon recovery in the Marshall litigation.”
Stern also filed papers last week seeking to make Dannielynn the sole beneficiary of Smith’s estate, though the child is not mentioned in the will.

This is HUGE - this blows a complete hole in our theory - that he was just in in for the money.
You just have to know that - (in her more lucid moments)- Anna was ready to kick his butt to the curb. Howie took care of her though - that’ll teach her to treat him like all the other schmucks!!!
I absolutely agree with you. The estate should sue HK$ for mismanagement. Nobody who is a person of interest in somebody’s death should be executor. With two dead victims, the media should be screaming its head off and expose his lies.
