Anna Nicole Smith, Seeking Justice #4
from your links:
the first article could be slightly misleading to the casual reader:
http://ibe.sagepub.com/cgi/reprint/15/1/19.pdf
The ability of Acinetobacter baumannii to survive in dry conditions and its pathogenicity, make it clinically the mostimportant Acinetobacter species [30], responsible for about 80% of nosocomial outbreaks [29]
also your link:
http://www.cdc.gov/mmwR/preview/mmwrhtml/mm5345a1.htm
In a recent national survey of hospital laboratories, A. baumannii infections accounted for only 1.3% of health-care—associated bloodstream infections (4).
[so what we end up with is that 80% equating to only 1.3% of (all) clinical-associated blood infections-a much better perspective for a casual reader to understand imo]
[also from your first link, the example of the Bahama outbreak, do we know it’s a.baummanni without access to the referenced paper?]
“An outbreak in a nursery in the Bahamas was traced to a new air-conditioning system, from which Acinetobacter spp. isolates were cultured [11].”
(11 McDonald LC, Walker M, Carson L, Arduino, M, Aguero S, Gomez P, McNeil P, Jarvis WR: Outbreak of Acinetobacter spp. bloodstream infections in a nursery associated with contaminated aerosols and air conditioners. Ped Infect Dis J 1998;17:716722.12 Catalano M, Quelle LS, Jeric PE)
certainly, I do agree with your assessment that bacterium such as the two we are discussing, or even MRSA, and their resistance to current science, is alarming. Clinical in origin, MRSA is now starting to be widely seen in the community. I’m sure you’ve heard recently of several schools that were closed because of MRSA.
Bacteria, viruses, molds, fungi, etc. have always been our own little ‘langoliers,’ with science just barely keeping humans a few steps ahead of being ‘eaten’ :) Bacteria’s ability to multiply and colonize rapidly, (and thereby quickly adapt to survival in even the most adverse and changing conditions) is a strong reminder that everything on this planet has a purpose and not all of those purposes are compatible with we humans. :)
HA! Well, their loss is our gain! hehe. I thoroughly enjoyed bantering this topic back and forth with Nature. It's a pleasant change, and whether bacterium turn out to be significant or not, there or not, at least, I think, it's very interesting to everyone to consider yet another aspect of the autopsy investigative report! Thanks! nature :)
HKS makes my skin crawl
a while back, I posted a well-thought out commentary on people lying that came from the natalie case.
Telling half lies about that clown tape, long unnecessary explainations about that tape, more half lies to ‘explain’ the first half lies....all point to someone guilty as sin of some major wrongdoing imo moo
he sure was meticulous about downloading data cards, wasn’t he? the louse
I’d go for a verbal cues theory...ANS was hypnotized on her (second season?) show, with HKS very attentive to the process. KE, being a psychiatrist, should also be versed in hypnosis. Goen also, and, there is another person I can’t quite recall right now. don’t know if I’ll buy the ‘hitler’s child’ stuff tho, lol
a production plan of ans "going insane"???, an "insane woman" responsible for the death of daniel???? HKS is laughing when he says this.
well, hopefully, some newsie type will read it here, do some indepth research and give us a show on it if it still seems significant :)
not sure where that user id stuff originated and I’m not certain if we even have a timeframe on the searches?...my pure speculation is that perhaps someone was trying to match ‘conditions’ to drugs - cya moves for future interviews?
I will clean showers, but I am not, you can’t make me, go to TMZ comments rooms !! hehe :)
iirc, the only one mentioning ‘swigging’ was KE...didn’t the report say that the some ch was in a glass by the bed? I sure wish we had those rx histories to see if ch first appeared on the scene circa Sep/Oct 06 or was in use prior. I’ll have to go back to Kapoor’s statements and see if he said something about it...
exceptionally odd, imo. especially in light of his supposed concern about what DL will hear - it’s like he doesn’t view Daniel as part of DL’s family any more than any of ANS’s other family. Noone has come forward to coolaberate LB’s ‘story’ - in fact, the opposite. Perhaps that was his original ‘script’ to discredit Daniel as an alternate custody to his mother, or a witness against his custody...and he just couldn’t resist acting the part even though Daniel was dead?
monday 3:00am - “hotsmoochielips” is online at aol
nothing for hotsmootchielips yet
The recommended dose of chloral hydrate is one to two teaspoons before bed. Smith often took two tablespoons, and she sometimes drank directly from the bottle, the report said.
well, we can almost assume that this is straight from KE. Noone else has ever said, to my knowledge, that ANS 'drank directly from the bottle'. Also, one could also assume, that if CH was prominent in ANS's life circa LB-days, that he would have mentioned it as loudly as he did 'methadone'. moo
Feb 05, '07 - ANS checks into Hardrock. "Anna Nicole Smith, Howard K. Stern, and Khristine Eroshevich left for the U.S. from the Bahamas in the evening..." (autopsy report) on the ride to the Rock Hotel and Casino, she complained of feeling cold and shivering, and she was slumped over, complaining of more buttock pain. At 8:30 pm the party checked in at the Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood. Maurice Brighthaupt, a friend and former body guard met them at the hotel.
Annas temperature was taken by Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and was 105 degrees. Anna was told to have 911 call for transport to the hospital, but she categorically refused.
Anna was TOLD to call and she refused to do it herself...is that the basis for the claims she refused to GO ??? why would Anna be 'told'????? why wouldn't it just have been done???? HKS's standing orders according to testimony: don't call, just go (to the hospital).
hmmm original list 12/05 - a time when ANS was bonding with GBen and the Shelleys.....
So - what you’re saying - it’s not dyslexia it’s a case of subliminal hunger;)
I do that a lot - i.e. genteel vs. gentile - it’s disgraceful and quite embarrassing.
LOL!
What we have is ... If you think of it as a family of bacteria. 80% figure addresses the entire family of Acinetobacters.
On the other report: CDC stat 1.3 is addressing only one strain in a large family (child if you will) of all Acinetobacters. CDC’s stat 1.3 specificly addresses only the A. baumannii (children in the Acinetobacter family) while the other is giving stats for the entire family aka all strains. Two different things really. 1.3 a.b. only does not equal 80% of all acinetobacters in other words.
80 % of infections acquired in hospitals / clinical are Acinetobacter. They don’t break it down into the stain aka child. All strains of Acnetobacter is in this figure not just the baumannii strain.
CDC’s report is speaking directly of a. baumannii in it’s 1.3 percent of ALL blood infections acquired in a clincal environment. Staph is a blood infection etc but not included in the 1.3 nor are the many other strains of Acinetobacter.
A.B is the most ‘hardy’ therefore most problematic. CDC is only considering A.B. in the 1.3 percent. It is not including ALL other strains of Acinetobacter in the figure so 80% (family) does not equal the 1.3 (children only).
Clearly most / all infections are NOT acquired in a clincal enviroment. We would be one dead society if 80% of all infections were found in hospitals. So in other words of most infections are not acquired in a hosptial but of those that are, acinetobacter accounts for 80% of them say vs a staph or strep infection etc.
Good news is - We now know it is the integrons to be responsible for the resistance. This puts new meds on the horizon.
Bottom line in Anna’s case is still.. these pathogens are easily found on testing. None could be found past Perper’s so called test / lab. Mr I know everything and will be the lab, the ME and the cop guy is full of it. None could be duplicated or proven out of all FOUR of his maybe maybe maybe maybe ... = NOT!
And that is when he took the culture directly from the material in the cyst! “cultures, however, failed to grow either of these micro-organisms”! “no endotoxins were found in the blood”!
What is curiously tucked away and hushed even hidden in his report and he never addressed in his autopsy is that other cultures yielded strep and staph!!! Old lumpy sure never talked about those did he! Why in the H would a ME exclude these? We know he listed everything else he claims was negative or positive. But no where, nothing addressing some of the most well known infections are in an autopsy of someone that had a friggin fever???!!! Perper is a disgusting excuse for a human being let alone a so called professional.
I have no problem deducing that hks and ke’s deadly meals of pharmaceuticals is what killed Anna. But Perper’s deceit is astounding! I have to ask myself WHY? Why is he so vested in all the lies?
IMO, this alone says Perper is incompetent. IIRC, there was a sore there.
Is it possible that he leaned so heavily on KE’s double-speak he lost his way and has been back-pedalling?
KE either: #1 knew exactly what kind of exotic bacteria culture was injected into the buttocks. or #2 did no lab to determine what infection was causing the fever. or #3 made no effort to cure the infection. or #4 there was no infection, no fever and the ice-baths were a cover for something else.
