This had to be one of the best games on MNF ever. Even though Romo had 5 interceptions (2 returned for touchdowns) and 1 fumble he Cowboys were able to pull it out 25-24 with a 53 yard field goal as time ran out. If Romo plays next week against the Patriots like he did to night, will be a long night for the Cowboys. HOW BOUT THEM COWBOYS.

Buffalo had three touchdowns but none from scrimmage. The only thing Buffalo’s offense could could produce from scrimmage was a field goal. This in spite of their having the ball a lot thanks to 6 turnovers. That enabled Dallas to keep hanging around.

The owner is 84, not 89 and he still plays tennis.
The Cowpies will be trounced next week. They have beaten 4 bad teams.
Buffalo has 9 guys out this week. Seven are on IR, with 5 of those from the defense. Our starting QB got a sprained knee from a cheap hit by NE. The guy who started today (Trent Edwards) is starting his 2nd NFL game and playing in his 3rd.
Our starting RB is a rookie (but playing like a vet). Jabari Greer, who had a INT and knocked the pass out of TO’s hand, started the season as a 3rd stringer. 3/4 of our starting secondary is out (2 on IR).

Dallas dodged a bullet. They were extremely lucky to win. Buffalo sucks this year mainly because of these injuries. I actually am not feeling too bad because we saw these guys can play, we were supposed to be blown out. If the Cowpies had a bad a team as the Bills this year, the stadium would not have been sold out like it was for a 1-5 team.

Still F the Cowpies and F their smug arrogant bas***d owner. :-)

Great game for me too. I had Dallas’ kicker on my fantasy team and that final kick won my fantasy game for me as well. Not to mention that Romo’s poor performance helped also as he was my opponents QB.

Other than that, I didn’t care who won the game, though it was an exciting finish.

Works for me! Romo won the game but only earned 15 fantasy points in the process. Meanwhile I "own" both Witten (Dallas) and Lynch (Buffalo) for a total of 25. I had a 4 point lead as of last night against the fellow I was "playing" against and he "owns" Romo. WOOHOO! How 'bout those Cowboy?!? LOL!

I was really pulling for your Bills last night...my condolences, just shocking. I blame the Bills coach for that ridiculous pass call from Edwards inside the Cowboy's 15 with under 7:00 to play. All the Bills needed was a field goal and they would have won. I don't understand why they didn't run on that play.

As to the Bills' owner, the guy is almost singlehandedly responsible for the survival of the AFL during its early years. He even lent money to the Raiders and Patriots to keep them afloat. Is he senile? Well looks like you wont have him around much longer...announcers said when he dies the family will sell.

New England still went on to win the Super Bowl.

I was flipping back and forth between ESPN and TBS last night. I don't know which was worse, the awful Muppet-like whine of Tony Gwynn, or that idiot Tony Kornheiser, who adds absolutely nothing to the viewer's understanding of the game, just makes stupid comments all night.

Good riddance TBS for an awful job with the playoffs. When Dick Stockton called his first home run, he seemed like he was about to say "Swish!" and was looking whether the batter had his foot on the 3-point line. He was just clueless about baseball. The only guys who added anything for the viewer were Bob Brenly and Ron Darling, who would make a great team.

He is simply an erratic quarterback and needs a strong running game to keep him consistent.

Did you know the changed Buffalo’s area code? It is now 0-4-4.

The Billlls must hate Dallas. Nothing new. A lot of people hate them. I don’t. Great game last night. All those screw ups and the Cowboys STILL came out on top. Says a lot about them. Romo was due to have a bad game. He had it last night. Hopefully, he got it out of his system. He could have his best, to date, game Sunday against the Patriots. It will be tight. It won’t be a runaway for either team.

Best MNF game I remember was in 1974 when the undefeated Minnesota Vikings came into Atlanta and lost 20-17 I believe. Falcons were quarterbacked by Bob Lee who was a distant relation to Robert E Lee.

Also I remember in 1982 the Bengals and the Chargers played a game where the two teams combined for close to 90 points and all sorts of offensive records were said (I also asked a girl out for a dinner date at helftime LOL).

The worst MNF game was I think it was 1983 when the St Louis Cardinals were playing someone and the games ended in a tie even after an overtime. Both teams were missing all sorts of FG attempts.
