Re:
Oh gawd, what are those? Those are awful and not suited for football. After...
winning today--
Me thinks...
the Iggles will sleep in them and wear them for each and every game until Dallas cleans their plow!
Well, those colors and uniforms...
brought me and Andy luck at Mayberry High!
Really, dark...
considering that outfit you are wearing right now, you do not have room to criticize. Zip up, please!

Are you kidding? Rivers played a flawless game. He completed his first 16 passes.

The Seahawks are starting out well at home ... a 72-yard kickoff return helped with a three-play touchdown. 7-0, Seattle. :-)
To: ShorelineMike
However, that didn’t prevent the Bengals from tying it back up ... Palmer finds a wide-open receiver in the end zone, defying a Seahawk blitz. 7-7.
To: mainepatsfan
As I predicted. 49er’s are better than I thought though....

Don't blame L.T. for being misused.
Blame the Norv Turner factor. Blame managment for dumpy Marty.

Are you kidding? Rivers played a flawless game. He completed his first 16 passes. He should have against a porous Packer D.
And no, I am not kidding. At the end, when it mattered most he forced the ball into coverage multiple times. He threw a pic, couldn't make the read to find the open receiver three times. He folded like a piece of paper under pressure.
Sounds a lot like an inexperience QB to me.

Fumble ... Seattle recovers on the Bengals 40 ... and promptly hands it back to the Bengals!
To: ShorelineMike
Field goal for the Bengals ... 10-7, Cincinnati.
Seahawks need to respond strongly here.
To: Allegra
They put up a gallant fight, they were just a touchdown short.

He's not awful but he is sure damn medicore.

Seattle INT by Deion Grant ... let’s see what the Seahawks can do.
2:50 to go before halftime, Still 10-7, Cincinnati.
To: ShorelineMike
Quick-strike 42-yard TD pass from Hasselbeck to Deion Branch!
14-10, Seahawks.
To: ShorelineMike

New York Giants already behind 14-3. They are looking lifeless out there.

The Giants should fire him if the Giants lose....

Jax is now up 20-7 over the Broncos. Denver is really struggling early in the season. They barely won the first 2 games and now look to be headed for a defeat.
The Chargers are paying for the incredibly bad decision to dump Marty and bring in a new head coach. Loosing the offense and defense coordinator's and the head coach is way too much to ask a team to adjust to quickly. Last year they went 14-2, they have 2 losses already in week 3 . They have the talent to recover but I think they will struggle to make the playoffs,if they do they might be a threat.
Baltimore has a good D but the offense is not that great.
Cincinnati is the opposite, great offense but very suspect on defense..Pittsburgh looks to be a real contender.
That leaves the Pats and Colts as the elite teams in the AFC.
It would be nice to see the Pats win in Foxboro in January over the Colts to represent the AFC this year.
