Low Fying plane, engines whining, nothing on the news, called local tv and they said several calls coming in.

It was a commercial airliner and was nose down w/ engines whining so very loudly. Four engines and noisy makes me think 707 or DC-8 freighter, but I don't know how many of those old crates are left flying in this country. Weird.

Are you quite sure that this was a passenger plane? A large commercial aircraft or a smaller type? Can you be more specific as to what you saw?
