Yeah, I scored highest in the flight on the written.

I’d never fired a weapon before. If I’d done as well in the real test as I did in the practice round, I’d have gotten marksman...but I didn’t. Just enough to qualify. The guy supervising adjusted my scope after the practice. I’d like to blame it on that, though I think it was more beginner’s luck, unfortunately. ;-)

I went 3 whole days without writing, then finally stalled. Now on the last day, I can maybe get one more page in. *sigh*

My first year I did a little over 30k. Last year, my second I did like 15 or less :P

So this is my first time 'winning'.

If I had planned better I would have gotten more done. If I combined everything else I wrote I would have around 30k. I didn’t share any of that on Nano or anywhere else though.
