I still have probably another month of writing ahead to finish. And then a break...and then, I may actually try to make this one "real". Edit it and all.
I'm not good at the finishing part of this bidness.

I just broke my FMC’s left pinky finger. She’s getting interrogated by a baddie. That was rough, ‘cuz I really like her. I’ll blame it on Mitch Rapp.
I’m still kinda feeling burned out from what I had to do to *both* my characters yesterday. *snif*

I baked three pies and a double batch of roll dough... gonna be cinnamon rolls and dinner rolls both. Whew. Now I need to write. Fortunately I think I have a grip on what to do next.
Am I alone in instantly saying, hey, that’s not phone wire, that’s cat5?
Heh...that was my first thought. Second was that those faces seem much more spooky than inspiring.
Riding pants and breeches are more often worn out than sold I think. Do you know exactly what kind you need? What kind of show?

As it turns out, they *aren’t* going to the in-laws, so it should be pretty low-key.
I don’t think I’ll stay very late, and will probably head up relatively late, too...so if I can be of dog help, let me know. You guys have a longer drive, especially if you end up coming home the long way.

My heroine is lying to her sons. She would rather have them think she and her husband lived in sin than that one of her sons isn’t really hers. (or his either. It’s complicated).
I’m trying to figure out how to accurately write an investigation / arrest / trial / etc.
I think the Hobbit Hole could use a homicide officer in addition to a doctor (a surgeon, preferably) and a lawyer.
Kin we fix that?
