Rosie will just have to go 'vroom, vroom', as she's riding down that particular bit of path! ;o)
Maybe I need a clothespin and a playing card...
Dad came through the surgery just fine. No complications whatsoever. It was more extensive than they thought, but still think it was contained. Did a lot of biopsies of surrounding tissue to make sure.
Everything is going just fine here...Mom has been at the hospital since early this morning. Steve got here right before lunch and is now taking a nap. I’m fixin’ to take the boys and go to the store.
Glad it went well. When do you guys head back home?
Probably Sunday morning.
Talon likes to make barking noises at squirrels or bunnies and things when we ride past ‘em. It tends to send them scampering.
I bet that’s rather entertaining!
Braap, Braap!
That’s great news! Prayers continuing for his recovery and full healing!
I’m finding things here and there pertaining to Star Wars, and I can send them to Luke, if you like. Does he only like the stuff for the original movies, or did he also like the newer three? I have some stuff from ‘Phantom Menace’.
Oh, he loves them all. But don’t go to any trouble. He’s certainly got plenty of stuff already.
Well, I found a cool book last night that I’d bought for Joseph way back when. It’s “The making of Episode I The Phantom Menace”. It might be a little over Luke’s reading abilities right now, but it would be a great way to keep him interested so he can work himself up into it! I’ll drop it in the mail sometime in the next few days.
Thanks.

There may be some undesirable side effects, but you can handle them!
That was the coolest thing *ever* to my ten-year-old self. ;-)
Glad to hear all is well, 2J!
that's good news. Best wishes to you all.
There’s no reason you couldn’t still do it...
I enjoy doing childish things all the time. Sometimes it’s even intentional. :-)
Oh, yeah, put cards in the spokes and you were cool! When our kids were small, I found some spoke covers in wild colors that were fun to see on the bikes, too. Well, at least Clare liked them. The boys wouldn’t get anywhere near them! ;o)
Heh, it just occurred to me that when Paul was small, so were YOU! ;o)
