Congratulations on the impending new Grandchild!! You said this would be #3, so are the others boys or girls or one of each, and how old are they? I don’t think I recall you mentioning them before, just your daughters. You’ll have all kinds of riding buddies before long.

Thanks! This is # 3 for my daughter, but the # 5 grandchild for me. She's my middle child, she has an almost 4 y.o. and an 19 m.o. They live next door. We have a son who is 32, and he lives in N.C., with his wife and two boys. (I had the boys week before last for several days. They are 7 and 6.)

And I still have a 16 y.o. at home. She's in the 8th grade, although age-wise she should be in the 10th, but English was not her first language. I tried to homeschool when she first came to live with us, which probably was not a great idea. She was a bit delayed, but now is probably emotionally older than 8th grade, but "she is where she is" and doesn't want to go to summer school to catch up.
