This is a horse chat thread where we share ideas, ask for input from other horsemen, and talk about our riding and horse-keeping. We have a lot of different kinds of riders and horses, and a lot to share, usually about our horses, sometimes about our dogs, gardens and other stuff we do. :~)
I have a ping list for horse threads that are of interest, and MissTargets will ping everyone most mornings. Let MissTargets and/or me know if you would like to be on the ping list.
So... like the previous threads, this is intended as fun place to come and share stories, pictures, questions and chit-chat, unguided and unmoderated and that we come together here as friends.

I think she’s decided your place is a good home but is still a tad upset that you won’t let her have the bedroom :)
He is having a ball. How many balls did you all have to chase down? For some reason the pictures remind me of a NC BBQ.
OH! That explains it. The doctor that works for me has a hobby of taking flower pics and blowing them up. He does talk and “society” meetings on rare flowers and such. I have seen him lie down and get on his knees to take pics and he is 6’2” and prob 250 #’s.
He does gorgeous work, though.
Good to know. I don’t guess we will be getting any of those! We don’t need anything else anyway.
Cool toy. The videos are precious.
Looked like everybody had a great time. We had our grandson’s b’day thing today. Had to be back from riding for it. He was 2 yesterday. I’ll try some pictures.
Beautiful horses and talented, too. Ours need more ground work, but mostly just get hauled somewhere and haul butt on them for several hrs. Maybe now that time has changed we will have more time.
Your’s and DD’s horses are beautiful. Those are the QH’s?

HaveFaith checking out the old church building that's on the far north end of the trail. They've really done a lot of work on it since the last time I saw it. They've replaced a LOT of the wood, added the shutters and a new door, and put a nice new metal roof on it. I'm sure they've done a lot of work on the inside too, judging by the size of the pile of junk that was out in front of it. I think the plan is to make it available for community functions, like family get-togethers and such.
HaveFaith, BladeRider and Gary giving the horses a drink down under the covered bridge. With all the rain we've had here lately there was a nice deep stream of water down there. Back in the summer it had pretty much dried up, all except the deepest part at the base of the far abutment, right under the bridge. 
Hey, you got it that time! Yeah, Hope is my Red Horse right now. I swear she’s a different color every time you look at her!
