I’m still hanging around. We’re fine, some tree and property damage from straight line winds but no tornado here, so far. We’ve had a few big scares and April isn’t our worst month for spring storms, it’s May. Gonna be a bumpy ride. I’m sure sorry to hear about CindyDawg. Anybody know what happened?

Thanks for asking about everybody’s well-being Duchess! it’s good to be back on the saddle club thread and I think about y’all often.

It’s so good to hear from you here. I am just so amazed at the tornados this year, I will be praying you will all come through the season fine. The fifteen years I spent in Alabama, Georgia and NC I never saw a year like this.

I don’t know what happened with CindyDawg and I was so surprised to read that. I pray she went home with no pain and her family is okay. I also think about you all frequently.

Gosh - I had to read back up to see what you meant about CindyDawg! What a shock and surprise.

Very sorry for her family. I didn’t know she was sick.

I believe she left a whole in the world. I wish I had known she was ill.

I am here. We in Lexington didn’t get as much rain as surrounding areas. In April we got almost 13 inches. The wettest April ever and either 3rd or 4th wettest month in history.

It’s good to hear from you. Here in the desert I can’t imagine 13 inches of rain. Time to plant rice maybe? Have a great Mother’s Day.

LOL! I was starting to think I needed to collect wood for an ark! Sheesh. Last time I saw this much rain I was living in Houston. Just crazy. Happy Mother’s Day!

I have a wonderful cat, named Bootsman, who has just been dioagnosed with nasal cancer. The only thing left to do is manage his pain. If anyone can give me some advice or home remedies or anything that will help make these last days, weeks, or months, depending on when the pain medicine stops working, pleasant and good, please let me know.

I love this crazy cat very much and I'm just so sad. Thank you.
