Well, if you can find me on facebook (remember my name?) Befriend me.
Not sure why you can’t see the pics... that’s a bummer! If you go to Baywind, you can find the thread about the property in the GD section.
Here's the wide view of the property, runs all the way down to the creek, and then a third of a mile further up stream...
And this is more of a zoom-in on the buildings and the upper pasture:
That is beautiful property, I’m so pleased for you :) Hope everything goes perfectly. I lost my computer and am on son’s lap top but will try and find forum with all the info on it. Thanks for pinging us and letting me know. When I get a computer again, I’ll make an effort to get on facebook too.
But sorry about your computer troubles!
Here's the link to the thread on the forum... It's long, and at the beginning, there's actually two properties we were considering.... but that's the whole story...
The search for Baywind Farm Property - Update! Offer accepted! - Baywind Farm Horse Forum
I remember your first name, but just can't remember the last. Isn't that awful!
I’ll send it :~)
Thanks, I’ll get caught up this week-end.
It looks/sounds great. I can tell what is the barn and what is the house, but what is the other building kind of below and behind the house? The barn looks huge.
Geez, I scrolled back and realized I’d missed everyone’s latest posts. Estrogen and Frog, great houses! Great pictures. I miss everyone too.
The other building is the garage, and it has an apartment over it.
Not quite sure what we’ll do with that. The idea of finding the right person... a horse person, who would want to rent it, and board a horse or two, in a cooperative arrangement, who we would like, has some appeal. Would have to be the right person though!
Well that would be great if you could find the right person. Then traveling would not be so difficult, you could trade out taking care of each others horses/places.
It would definitely have to be the RIGHT person tho:)
I've been busy on our house too. It's getting close, but still not finished. I'll upload some pics here in a few minutes and post them.
Front(north)...
Back(south)...

Sun room fireplace...
We've still got a ways to go, but it's getting there. We're hoping to be in it by the end of April. Then it'll be time to build the barn!
Your house is stunning... as I said on FB... I love your rocks! Very fitting!
Oh it is gorgeous. That is going to be a wonderful house. Waiting for all done :)
It is just beautiful!!
Very beautiful! The stone work is awesome, I love it. So natural, much better than vinyl siding, which I would never put on my house. The entry way is so inviting. Very, very nice.
Wow, I found this thread!!! AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I haven’t read this since I left Texas and moved to Kentucky!
Yeah, I haven’t been on here a while myself. I sure do miss everybody so I thought I’d ping a few of the old-timers to see if anybody’s still out there.
~waving~ I’m here, I’m here. :)
