IG, do you grind your teeth in your sleep? I used to and I would wake up with extreme jaw pain.

Good Morning! I woke up this morning a year older and thankful for the many blessings along the way. Thank you all for the birthday greetings and good wishes.
Getting old(er) is not for sissies. LOL Cast into life's valleys at times makes us enjoy the mountain peaks even more. My thanks to you all here for being a daily mountain of enjoyment.

My youngest daughter is coming to take me out to lunch; another daughter is coming tonight to spend the weekend and take me tomorrow to a distant gardening center that I’ve been longing to visit....center for unusual plants/other items “at reasonable prices”. Phone calls and gifts from my other children living in other states. Cherry cheesecake...but no plans to weigh afterwards. LOL

A lot better, went to our gospel sing last night and felt great. My throat is still sore and I do cough a bit but feel so good I will cut the yard (by tractor) today. I will have lots of liquids and will not get too hot, I promise. The yard is turning into a pasture, got to cut it.
