I cannot begin to fathom what is meant by “sex acts with traffic signs.”

I spent the first 10 years of my adult life in the Navy, about half of that time was spent on sea duty which allowed me to experience various, interesting and unusual local cultures.

I have no idea what he was doing with those signs.

I noticed some signs the other day which read “Speed HUMPS”. Now, I’ve seen signs which read “Speed Bumps” before, but I did wonder if this change of one letter might mean something entirely different.
