Was that too harsh? It sounded a little harsh.
Note to self: Always remember to listen to what you say to others and do it yourself.
Self replies: I don’t wanna!
Note: You better or I’ll tell ma.
Self: Awwwww!

Was that too harsh? It sounded a little harsh. No, no ... I was just observing that the sun was shining, the grass growing (visibly), and the babies chirping.
Or something like that.
I have to put dinner in the crockpot now!

 Good Morning!

Inevitably, some parts of the day will get wasted, such as any interaction with a governmental entity. What can you do, though.

    Here’s a story for you:
Viet Nam Vet double amputee running across America:

On of our PGR members out on a ride in the Palm Springs area ran across him and gave us a heads up. I’m thinking about posting a thread...

I am not amused. Ouch! It was in the high 90s at my house, but we were helped by all the tall trees around us so it only got up to about 80 or so inside. I didn't even have to retreat to the basement.

LOL. I had a good experience with our state attorney general's office yesterday. Had some material to e-mail him but couldn't find an e-mail address, so I called the office. Everyone was out and the receptionist didn't knw it, so I told her I'd call back the next day. 20 minutes later my phone rang -- it was a staff member calling back with the address.
I don't see that kind of service from many politicians' offices, except those who know us personally.
