They keep doing this simulated Mars trip study. This must be the tenth in the past decade. There are already several simulated Mars bases scattered around planet earth. Can we stop playing space explorer and get some development and settlement started on the moon and on Mars and in the asteroid belt?
Ans. No, because the Treaty is still sucking our investment money into non-space channels.
